We need something special to happen!

The offense needs to step up. Bottomline. Defense can play the way it has, but they won't hold Seattle to the lows they held the Broncos and Texans. Maye has to produce against a top tier defense in the playoffs. If he can, he will take a huge load of pressure off our defense and make life easier. We can't leave the Defense on the field all day and hung out to dry like we have been. That Seattle offense will burn them out.

Defense holding Seattle to less than 25 will be solid. Offense HAS to score 25-30 min IMO to win. Just don’t see winning a low scoring game to be viable.

How about a nice comfortable SB game win for a change. That's something special.
Exactly what I was trying to figure out how to say.

Pats defense keeps the Seahawks throttled all game, once again gives up less than 50 yards running, has Darnold seeing ghosts and turning the ball over all game.

Pats offense controls the Seattle D, everything works, Josh effectively mixes up runs and pass calls and has Seattle off balance and guessing wrong on every play, the OL executes flawlessly, Drake engineers long extended drives interspersed with occasional explosive deep strikes.

At the end of the day our defense delivers a game that makes Seattle look like the Rams in Super Bowl LIII and the offense looks like the 2011 Divisional game victory over Denver.

That would be special and memorable.

So you want a repeat of Super Bowl 48…I’m sold.

To beat the Seahawks, The Patriots will need a dramatic pick 6 or an electrifying punt return or a blocked kick or a 55 yard scamper by TreyVon Henderson!

We will need something magical and memorable!
I’m keeping my eyes on Marcus Jones for the big play either on defense or in the return game.

I think it’s going to be Rham, Hendo, and Kyle Williams.

I think we're going to be sweating the entire game and it will be close. I really want to see Diggs ball out to send a message to Buffalo. We definitely will need a boost from Henderson to make a big play somewhere.

Darnold is going to throw some passes up for grabs, so the defense will have to be ready.

Hendo finding a hole for a 50 yard sprint to the endzone...
Marcus Jones breaking a punt return wide open...
Gonzo (or any db for that matter) snagging the 'bee...
Drake with a crazy scramble...
Milt makin' everyone say Jalen who?
Chaisson doubling his post season sack total...

Any and all will be welcome...

Is Gronk done done?

I'd like to see them pressuring Darnold like the old days stalling their offense.

We need many sustained drives, at least equal TOP. I don't usually say this, but I'll be happy with 5 minute drives ending in field goals.

I just think we need to do our thing in all 3 phases. There will be ups and downs, thats a damn good opponent, but over 60 minutes we are so good in so many areas and can win in a variety of ways. Im sure Seattle feels the same way, may the best team win. I just don’t view this as a ‘greatest show on turf’ type opponent where we’ll need a 3-0 turnover edge or something like that.

I will too tbh. The last two games we put a lot on the defense because the offense couldn't stay on the field. We either got stopped quick or the drives were big breakout plays that ended in quick scores.

That won't fly this weekend.

Taking years off your life. The stress is palpable
