We’ll never know but a buddy of mine is a state trooper who sometimes works the games, he told me a few days ago that if Buffalo won there was a good chance of it, if the states tells Kraft they can’t spare the resources then that’s it.They wouldn't change a thing. TV $ would trump any safety concerns.
45 minutes from Foxboro so it’s cold and snowing. If it's cold where you are, I question your sanity.
I know you’re a young man, but be careful with your back and heart with all that shoveling! We don’t want you going on IR.I am in Pennsylvania somewhat near the Scranton area, but up in the "mountains". It has been snowing since around 5 AM. We have maybe 8 inches so far. My two weather apps both say 22+ inches by end of the day. Have gone out and cleared the deck and driveway once thus far, will do so at least once more, just so we don't get overwhelmed... I am just hoping we don't lose power and I can see the game!!!
Highly doubt itI’m guessing this game would’ve been moved to tomorrow night.
Luckily the true winter is fairly short even though it feels long.
As a sports fan I feel blessed. I've seen from Russell to Maye and everyone in between in every sport. And all within and hour's ride until I moved away 6 yea
I went with a geo thermal heat pump so I need a really large generator. I'm rethinking things and may go with a wall of batteries. Though the heat pump has reduced the cost for heating and cooling tremendously.I’ve got a 3500w generator that will help with small appliances and whatever. Going to get a bigger one to be able to power the downstairs heat pump/air. So far so good though. Plenty of beer and food…
Funny you mention a dirty car. I caught a great high 40 degree day and gave her a wash not that long ago. Looked awesome. A little less than a day later it was filthy again.I found the NE winter to drag on not wanting to let go.
My car was always dirty. Where I am now winter is about 3 months and pretty much over by St Pats day.
New heat pumps are beasts. Mines newer and cranks, even down to single digits.I went with a geo thermal heat pump so I need a really large generator. I'm rethinking things and may go with a wall of batteries. Though the heat pump has reduced the cost for heating and cooling tremendously.
Right over the river from ya, you ain't going anywhere till tomorrow haha.Road game for me today. Hunkered down in Albany instead of trying to drive back to Virginia, into the teeth of the storm last night after spending the day securing my plane ahead of the incoming weather. It was brutal, 10 degrees in 12 mph (est). winds. Just started snowing here, at 9am ET. There’s a sports bar across the street on one corner, an Irish pub on the other, and a big flat screen in the warm cozy hotel. Decisions, decisions…. Hmm, hotel bar is closed, so no beer here, narrows the field… Whatever…
GO PATS!
My eldest son lives in Albany. I guess RI wasn’t cold and snowy enough for him.Right over the river from ya, you ain't going anywhere till tomorrow haha.
I also have a geothermal, it's a ground source, though. It's not really feasible to run it off of a generator unfortunately, I agree. Complicated. But I also agree that it has been very cost effective with heating and coolingI went with a geo thermal heat pump so I need a really large generator. I'm rethinking things and may go with a wall of batteries. Though the heat pump has reduced the cost for heating and cooling tremendously.
Same. Watching this game in shorts and a t shirt.I woke up to another beautiful day in southern CA. Going to be clear skies and 67 degrees!
