Things are not looking so hot in Buffalo Land lately. After firing Sean McDermott and for some unknown reason, promoting GM Brandon Beane who has not been very good, Bills owner Terry Pegula has a bizarre press conference in which he pointed the finger at everyone else, including players still on his roster.

Here is a video by Rich Eisen breaking it down (I previously had linked a different video, but this one from Eisen is better):

EDIT 01/22: Here is another video from Youtuber and Bills fan Jef which really rips into the organization as only a true fan could. Thank you @NovaScotiaPatsFan for sharing. Pure gold:

I'm absolutely heartbroken those table smashing bumpkins who thought they were the hottest **** the last 5 years only to be slapped back to reality this year are having such an awful time.

I'm sure most of you have heard the phrase "Born on 3rd base and acted like they hit a triple." These yokels were born on first and think they hit a grand slam...

Good. **** 'em.

Reporter: "Hey, this kinda seems like the GM made some sort of power play here."

GM: "HOW DARE YOU!??!? You made my wife CRY!!!!!"

Yeah... good luck finding a replacement coach after this trainwreck Buffalo... They'll be fortunate to find someone who's even as good as McDermott already was.

They won't get a HC as good as McDermott to work for this GM and ownership.

Thankfully for us, the Bills are likely to be much less successful in the next 8 years compared to the last 8 years.

In order to improve, the Bills needed to fire their GM (this year or last or the year before), not their coach. Given just how poor the GM and owner have been, McDermott and Allan have a very good record over the last 8 years.

Josh Allen's deal has 5 years remaining. If things continue to go in the wrong direction over the next year or two I could see him demanding a trade.

It's going to end up being Allen's former backup getting the job.

That's going to tell us way more than any press conference.

But did you not hear, the Keon Coleman draft whiff only occurred because the GM humbly deferred to the coaching staff’s desires! Not his fault!

The funny thing is, the owner, with his GM pulling his strings, has reversed what was a growing amount of fan support for Allen and the Bills.

No one thinks the problem was the HC. Heck - they don't even really think it's Josh Allen's fault. Many NFL fans are rooting for he and the Bills who have a savvy fan base and have been heartbroken over the years with missed opportunities.

Heck, Allen and the O can put up 30 points a game against one of the best Ds in the NFL. Over the last several years no team has been better in points scored and points allowed. Fire the DC for allowing so many points in a playoff game but with the owner destroying his own team's credibility, he's hurting their chances of getting a good coach.

Ironically its probably one of the best opportunities out there - but who knows, maybe the owner panics and decides he wants a big name like Belichick to help him restore his credibility, as there has been a bit of chatter of that nature. Good luck with that!

Pegula wants to **** around with the Bills now that his Sabres have suddenly become competitive.

That hurts just looking at it. Its a wonder he didn't break his neck
I think the gif I found was on the first page of my "bills mafia fail gif" Google search, so hopefully that means this guy survived.

His IQ likely dropped a few points to be on par with a banana though.
