The question is, is Jacksonville really this good? Two chances to beat the Colts this year and couldn't get it done.
if any one on this forum is nervous to play the jags u shouldnt be..all they got is a pretty good running game but no way in hell they can keep up with brady's offense..NE has so many weapons that it should be like target practice for terrific tom haha
I bet Bill is watching & studying this game as we speak.
I think we will spread em out. We won't try to run up the middle against their interior d much - until the second half when they're tired of chasing us down the field.if any one on this forum is nervous to play the jags u shouldnt be..all they got is a pretty good running game but no way in hell they can keep up with brady's offense..NE has so many weapons that it should be like target practice for terrific tom haha
Man, I was rooting for the Steelers (tough to do, but I know we would crush em). What sorry team, pretty embarrassing. I think Pittsburgh lost this game a couple of weeks ago. All psychological, they knew that they couldn't beat the Jags a few weeks ago, and they knew beforehand that they can't now. Pathetic. They were doomed once they had all of those injuries. Their vaunted running game disappeared after Willie Parker and those OLinemen went down.
Let's not count our chickens. Jacksonville has a very good defense, and as a team, they are playing great. They are a very tough physical team.
I really don't see were the Jags look all that good. How many gift can the Steelers give them and most wasn't from great defense more from Steeler brain farts.
It is a shame Ben Rothlesberger has won a SB. Too many great QBs have had their careers blemished by the lack of a SB victory. He already has one and will forever be considered 'one of the best in the NFL' for the rest of his playing years.
Never saw that before. If that other player wasn't behind him, the defender may have gone 5 yards in the air.
Well, they already got their 2007 version of the Immaculate Reception (ball tipped by Heath Miller to Hines Ward) so I guess even divine intervention isn't going to save them this time.Well, that's a good point. This is a battered Steeler team that is making a lot of mistakes. I don't think Pittsburgh ever thought they were really going to win this game with anything other than some kind of divine intervention.
NO HUDDLE is the best way to beat that Jaguar Defense. They are BIG but SLOW. Attack them and make them work. They should have done that sooner.
