This will be Maye's toughest test as an NFL pro. Ball security, taking the points, and the run game is critical to winning.

McDaniels needs to do something about the OL. Nothing else matters if the OL is a disaster.

Gonna be a dogfight, could be our toughest opponent yet this year. Their defense is a problem. Ive got faith in our guys though and believe we’re the more complete team. Hc/qb edge also firmly in our favor.

Cant afford to lose the turnover battle this week

Anyone selling tickets let me know.

Pats win 27-13. Not worried, Pittsburgh was gassed at the end of the game. We capitalize on the mistakes Houston inevitably makes.

I am very glad it's at 3 p.m. and not another night game. Early forecast: 30s, no precipitation.
nice, so it's the early game . I'll take, that is 12 pm my time !!!! I just wish it would snow

Gonna be a massive test for our o-line, specifically the left side. Blitz the hell out of CJ Stroud. He looked awful tonight.

Initial thought, low scoring.

Pats. 20
Texans 13

Anderson and Hunter will be a problem. Pass protection biggest concern first and foremost.

How do you think they counter that?

Certainly McDaniels & company can not just rely on them to successfully block for themselves.

I trust our O to figure it out, and, based on what I've seen of the Texans, I think our D is up to the task of stopping Stroud.

24-17 workman-like win incoming

Maybe its old nostalgia in me but i remember during the BB/TB12 yrs that whenever a team with a high reputation of a defense or offense came to foxboro, our team was determined to prove them wrong and find a way to disprove them. Case in point the #1 offense in 2004 was held to 3 points and we scored 40+ on the #1 defense next week.
Yes different yrs and different players etc etc but i am hoping for a similar DNA in this team.

Texans have won every Game with that Defense.

If the playoff Patriots defense confused the heck out of Justin Herbert, it could send CJ Stroud into a coma.
Honestly, the Patriots could simplify their looks and be just as effective.
Houston runs a high school offense, Stroud only has half-field reads, and was still running for his life.
