Stefanski is gone and his assistants are most likely gone too. Schwartz is one of the better DC's out there. Vrabel was in Cleveland last year so he saw firsthand. It wouldn't be a bad idea bringing him in

Bob Kraft needs to move on making Cowden GM with final say. Wolf won't have an issue with it because he knows that's how they keep this front office intact. If he doesn't multiple teams will be throwing money at Cowden.

I think Joe is part of the problem. He demanded they pay Higgins. Biggest barrier for Cincy IMO is all the money wrapped up in having Joe and 2 #1 WR
