DD, this is fascinating.. I know Diggs had a Little lull but he's been magnificent.. @Steve102 mentioned diggs.. he's on a 3 year deal no?

I feel Vrabel adjust the contract where he sees more guaranteed money..

he is, but I think Steve is right in that it is structured in such a way that it's really a one year deal.
Diggs seems to be enjoying his time here, and his impact on and off the field has been undeniable.
I certainly hope to have him back.

You and the High Priest certainly covet the WR thing; you and your cult certainly act that a #1 WR gets them over the top. This offense is good enough to win against anyone as it is. They need to improve the D. I'm not saying ignore the WR position, not by a long shot. But you have to pay Gonzo this year... and Diggs is on a one year deal, he's not going to take a prove it deal. You're going to burn up all this coveted cap space real fast, and you need to improve the OL still AND get better at the edge AND get younger at TE AND get better at safety. All great first world problems to have, to be sure. All I am saying is that paying for a proven #1 WR isn't going to make them get off the field on third down better, or fix the defense's red zone issues.

A value good players.. but please don't get that misunderstood with what I'm saying.. you follow me.. as I follow you.. I always talk about how we have other pressing needs.. especially on defense.. it's just remarkable what Vrabel is able to coach out of this roster and they ar a a revolving roster.

Safety- Hawkins has been good to my surprise.. he will resign and we draft and or add another guy alongside Woodson.

CB we definitely are paying gonzo.. and I think the guy to watch is Davis.. no guarantees he's here beyond next season..

Edge absolutely! Could use some interior disruption next to Williams also.

Since everyone says AJ Brown might be available, I doubt he will be. Signed thru 29 and cap space is OK with Eagles. Maybe he forces a trade but otherwise doubt he's leaving.
Kyle Pitts, I think, will be tagged. We can hope being able to score an elite receiver via trade but not sure there is a path to that.
Alternatively upgrade the line, if Maye has time, it doesn't matter if the receivers are not great.

2007 Brady or 2011 Rodgers level of QB play is the Maye upside if he gets a little bit of elite talent around him.
Just a question of finding it.

Same here.. he's worth it. Guys clutch, excellent route runner, great hands, exceptional leadership and he and Drake have a amazing connection on/off the field..

Not sure why folks aren’t beating the drum for Alec Pierce. Just caught up on his film, he’s a very dangerous deep threat. Colts aren’t in super cap position and need to sign Daniel Jones, Alec Pierce and Brayden Smith.

Either Smith or Pierce would be great additions to the Pats

Yesss to Alec Pierce he had a Breakout year: interesting to see what he's looking for on the open market. Great Size and Speed: the Colts won't be able to afford him and he's young.

If you think Vegas is in the know Josh Allen is taking one snap and leaving the game the line has moved overnight from Bills -13 to Bills -11.5 and is now Bills -8.5 at home to the Jets.

The Patriots were -13.5 on the road yesterday.

I think there's a chance the Chargers don't play Herbert donating the Broncos the 1 seed and the Bills pull everyone of relevance and are in a dogfight with the Jets and we see Buffalo in the first playoff game.
