Do what I do for all non- Patriots and non- Celtics games: mute TV and play some great jazz. No dumbass announcers, no dumbass commercials, I'm in a great mood and quality jazz goes well either sports action.
Even if you're a weirdo who's not into jazz, play whatever music you like. Good rock, good r&b which means any r&b before 1990 would work too.
Hell, if you're a real weirdo who doesnt like  any kinda musuc, play sone great standup ccomedyfrom George Carlin or Richard Pryor.
