"And it came to pass, that in those days there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that the whole world should be enrolled. This enrolling was first made by Cyrinus, the governor of Syria. And all went to be enrolled, every one into his own city.

And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem: because he was of the house and family of David, to be enrolled with Mary his espoused wife, who was with child.

And it came to pass, that when they were there, her days were accomplished, that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him up in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

And there were in the same country shepherds watching, and keeping the night watches over their flock. And behold an angel of the Lord stood by them, and the brightness of God shone round about them; and they feared with a great fear.

And the angel said to them:

'Fear not; for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, that shall be to all the people:

For, this day, is born to you a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord, in the city of David.

And this shall be a sign unto you. You shall find the infant wrapped in swaddling clothes, and laid in a manger.'

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army, praising God, and saying:

'Glory to God in the highest; and on earth peace to men of good will.'"

Have a wonderful Christmas, my friends!

And GO PATS!!!!!!

Merry Christmas everyone! Glory to the new-born King!

Even though it is a gray and brown Christmas in RI, I do love this time of year and the goodwill and quietude that can be found in it.

I wish all of my friends and frenemies here a very merry Christmas and a joyous holiday season.

Happy Chanukah PJ!

It is a very white Christmas here in the foothill country of Maine, full of the wonder that accompanies a freshly fallen snow.
As in I wonder when the heck it's gonna stop and just melt already. Enough with this!
j/k it's great to have it for the holidays (it's even greater if it goes away quickly afterwards)

I hope all of you have a moment this holiday season where you feel the wonder and joy of a child.
Even if you won't be around a wee one for the holidays, that sense of limitless possibilities waiting to be explored still lives in all of us if we just take a moment to feel it.

The Gumby family is ready for Christmas Eve dinner followed by midnite mass…

Wishing all of Patriots-nation & especially my Patsfans brothers & sisters a very special Christmas

Edit PS: Didn’t mean to leave anyone out; … and even though it ended two days ago: Happy Hannukah!

@oldrover

Fixed it for you:

"And it came to pass, that in those days there went out a decree from Robertus Kraftus that the whole world should be enrolled. This enrolling was first made by Eliot Wolf, the general of the armies of Foxboro. And all went to be enrolled, every one into his own city.

And Thomas also went up from San Mateo, out of the city of Boston into Foxboro, to the city of William: because he was of the house and family of William, to be enrolled with Gisele his espoused wife, who was with child.

And it came to pass, that when they were there, her days were accomplished, that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him up in pro shop clothes, and laid him in a locker room; because there was no room for them in the End Zone Motel.

And there were in the same country media members watching, and keeping the night watches over their podcasts. And behold an angel named Vrabel stood by them and the brightness of God shone round about them; and they feared with a great fear.

And the Vrabel said to them:

'Fear not; for, behold, I bring you good tidings of all that we got, that shall be to all that we need:

For, this day, is born to you a Quarterback, who is Drake "Drake Maye" Maye, in the city of Foxboro.

And this shall be a sign unto you. You shall find the infant wrapped in pro shop clothes, and laid in a locker room.'

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of Patriots Nation, praising God, and saying:

'Glory to God in the highest; and on earth peace to those who celebrate Bakemas.'"

Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah to all my Pats fans brothers and sisters!

After Christmas Eve vigil Mass at 4pm here in Jax, we drive up to Long Guyland… get there Christmas night. So our Christmas meal will be… Wendy’s? LOL

However, I get a bonus… to spend Sunday with my Jets fans in laws. I can hear their profanities already!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everybody. Christmas Eve is definitely one of my favorite nights of the year. My daughter and her husband come and visit us, and my son is home from college and is also here. It's one of the only times during the year when we're all under the same roof, so I hope everyone enjoys some time with their loved ones over the next few days.

Merry Christmas!!!!

Merry Christmas.
