In order to get hit like that, you have to be hittable. Mahomes and Allen are very good and avoiding it. They would have been out of bounds already on that play. Dart is just stupid.

Mahomes was definitely one who used the fact that the defenders get called for hitting out of bounds to his advantage.

It seems not long ago the GDT was on fire at the idea of Chris Elliss spending another day on the Pats roster.

Then he delivered the hit heard around the league.

The EDGE rush, LB and S could all use some depth and an infusion of young talent. But none is a major liability right now.

As has been mentioned elsewhere, FAs are going to want to come play with Maye and under Vrabel.

They can see what is developing here and will want to be a part of it.
