I feel both Henry and hooper can be replaced. Get Otton and draft a TE in 3rd round or 4th round if it's a deep draft .

Once we get brock lampe and the other injured RB from IR next year it's gonna be a fun unit. I don't think Henry is worth 15 million dollars next year. He might be a cap cut or restructure. Boutte and henderson development and growth is huge and hollins will be safety valve.
Wow!

Team is 8-2, tied for top record in the NFL, on a 7 game winning streak.

And you’re talking about needing to revamp the roster?!?!

SMH.

For those arguing that Jets game might be difficult. Maybe, but just bear the following in mind.

1. Aside from a 44 yard screen pass to Breece Hall, Fields had net zero passing yards for the game.

2. No receiver other than Hall had more than 4 yards receiving.

Hunter Henry is a top 10-15 TE in the league and a great safety valve for Maye. I think the Pats are going to go youth at the position soon, but I don't see them being comfortable enough to cut him before next season.

No not right now , I just felt next year we might need to do. Can't roll with too many vets or over 30 folks. Diggs, hollins already will be there next year too. So cade otton could be a like to like replacement unless they feel they can spend 5 -7 million more for Henry for next year which seems plausible as a safety valve. Probably hooper is gone and cade otton comes here . Again if none are available we stick on with the existing pair and draft their replacement .

I love Henry, he’s been a great Patriot. He was the safety valve for Mac Jones & Drake Maye. He’s had at least 40 catches in 4 straight seasons with the Pats, and is on pace for 40+ in his 5th year. Throughout his career, he averages 56 catches and 650 yards per 17 games.

Very reliable. Works hard, does his best as a blocker (obviously not a Great blocker). But I do hope we draft a talented TE in the first 3 rounds of the 2026 draft. A talented pass catching TE is such a great weapon. For example, Ty Warren is killing it for the Colts as a rookie, Harold Fannin for the Browns as well. I want that big, young TE that can run and catch the ball. Henry can mentor him.

For you old timers, he reminded me of Stanley Morgan running away from those defenders, put #86 on him. He ran a 4.40 at the combine, and he was mad about it. I bet he runs faster than 4.40. Stanley Morgan was a legit 4.35.
Williams and Henderson were both clocked at 22 mph on their TD runs. Within a few tenths of each other, but I thought Williams looked faster too.

They both were impressive speed wise. I’ve been a Pat’s fan since 1975, and I can’t think of a faster back we’ve had than Henderson. And you’re right, Williams’ speed is a sight to behold.

What stood out today is that the Pats need to focus again on the OL in the off-season to help open lanes for Henderson. As soon as he hits the 2nd level, he's extremely dangerous.

I don't know how long the NFL has been clocking guys' speed, but the stat was that only McCourty, Henderson, and Williams were clocked that fast in Pats history.

Oddly enough, the Jets seem to always give the Pats some trouble recently. Ideally, I’d love to see the Pats play a full 60 minutes and crush the Jets. But something tells me it might be a fight.

This isn't the same 4-13 team we've been trotting out recently either.

Also Jacoby beat the Jets last year.

Diggs as many have stated has been fantastic. It's almost like we are living in an alternative reality. Bills fans must be going nuts right about now. Diggs and Hollins lol.
Diggs' "behavior" was a scapegoat for the Bills failures. His brother even tweeted during a game that Stefon needed a change. It was funny when the Bills spun it that they got rid of him because he was a locker room problem. This was very similar to the Corey Dillon and Randy Moss nonsense the media came up with.

I was never a fan of Hollins, but it's hard to argue against him now. He's made some clutch grabs this season.

We were fed the 'narrative' nonstop.

He might be the best leader we've had at the position since Edelman. Maybe better.

Buffalos division loss means we even hold the tiebreaker over them if we lose the next matchup and split the season series
