Drake Maye working with Josh McDaniels is e real gift to the Patriots, and the Krafts need to get some credit for that. Josh knows how to get the most out of his QBs and is giving Drake the right plays and the opportunities he needs to take advantage of his physical abilities to operate out of the pocket and RPOs. There was none of the creativity and fluidity of the offense last year that would have taken some pressure off of the OL to hold their blocks while they tried to keep Jacoby and Drake in three- and five-step drops on passing downs. Drake has an awful lot to learn, still, about feeling pressure in the pocket and he could use one more top tier receiver who can create separation. The upside for Drake Maye is big and he's averaging over 100 in passer rating week after week.
