It's amazing to me how similar these two guys are to each other. Drake is just a little more serious, but not by a lot.

gronk looked a little crunchy coming off the line

Drake has the respectful demeanor of a younger guy who's new at the party. Normally I'd ask: how's he going to be after having a few drinks?

But I'm just not worried about it with this kid.

I think he's got the background and mental makeup to keep his head together. Couple that with the environment Vrabel is creating, and I'm not worried about this kid letting success get to him.

"You gotta admit I am doing pretty good for my first time with a sit down interview." Hilarious.
Gronk asks one single question in the sit-down environment, Drake playfully flips the question back at Gronk, and Gronk goes "aw hell with this ****, let's go throw the football around outside."

Gave me the chills just watching that... happy chills.

It's nice having real Players do that...player to player.

It's kind of amazing to me how much those dynasty-era guys are still connected to the team. Some stay in the area and are working in media or in the team's publicity. When I was a teen, Grogan was the only one I really remember connecting the then-current team to the 80s and earlier.

I think the bolded is key. When you’re here mid-to-long-term (as opposed to a guy like Revis), a championship will really bind you to the community. It’s not just another stop for many of them.

I also think it’s one of the things Kraft can actually take credit for related to the team. He’s made it a point to try to have the players feel like they’re part of a family, even though it’s a cutthroat business (produce or you’ll be replaced).

Not bad for the runt of the litter...

Gronk calling Brady just to get him back for the Hunter Henry crack was hilarious. "You're cheatin on me?" Half expected Gronk to hit him back with a thought you'd be used to that by now. Either way as others have mentioned it's so cool seeing old legends connect with today's team and Drakes answers were perfection.

There were a lot of local guys who stuck around from those teams though. Steve Nelson, Andre Tippett, Grogan Pete Brock, Ronnie Lippett is still around, Bill Lenkaitis became the Patriots dentist, Roland James coaches Sharon High School, Mosi Tatupu, Garin Veris stuck around, Toby Williams, Tim Fox. All these guys stuck around Massachusetts and worked in football in some capacity.
