I can't see them winning. What I can see the pysical (many would say dirty) Titans doing is beating up the Chargers in defeat which will have an impact on them the following week when they go to Indy.
I don't think the Titans have a chance in SD, especially if Vine Young starts. He's not healthy enough to impact the game with his legs, and he has is terrible as a passer. Kerry Collins won't stand up to the SD pass rush.
All in all, throwing last night's game was a good strategic move for the Colts.
Cleveland could have scored with SD, and stood a chance at the upset, which would have made NE's road a little easier, while sending a more physical Jax or Pitt team to Indy.
I'm pretty sure Indy not only want to avenge the fluke loss to SD, but they feel they match up well, especially considering Rivers' Jeckyl & Hyde tendencies under pressure.
25% chance IMO, don't forget Collins has taken a team to the super bowl (Giants in 2000) so he's been there done that. Sucks for him that he had to play the 2000 Ravens D that actually backed up what it talked. If Collins plays its 25%, if VY I would drop it to about 1%.
I would rather San Diego win. I would like the Colts to have to face the toughest possible opponent. I'm OK with either Jacksonville or Pittsburgh coming to Foxboro. I can't see Tennessee pulling it off.
The Jaguars worry me more then the Colts. Very physical run first team with a reliable defense and a non mistake making quarterback. I wouldn't read much into the Houston game as they werent really trying to win it.
I would prefer Steelers, no Parker means alot of pressure & blitzes.
Also, no Freeney for the Colts should we play them...

Except that if Tennessee won, they would come to Foxboro regardless, being the lowest seed available.
I see your point though.
It's like when Brady jokingly references only wanting blowout wins, or the Giants sitting their pass rushers. Given the opportunity, they'd take it, but they understand to win it all, it's not going to be easy.

I know they would come, but I don't care. I look at it like this, I would rather our hardest opponent (Colts) play the toughest team possible before playing us. Pittsburgh and Jacksonville coming in don't scare me and I think we can get through those games relatively smoothly. The added bonus of playing a weaker team doesn't really override that want to see our toughest opponent beaten up a bit. Plus, who knows. Maybe Cromartie has a little bit of Ty Law in him now?
