How did Schooler get snaps over Dugger at times if Dugger played 100% of the snaps?

I EXPECT that we will trade for a RB. I know that most teams don't succeed in acquiring anyone in trade at this point. If it is hope, we could us upgrades elsewhere, especially at S and CB.

To be clear, for THIS year, we could use a
better 4th safety than Schooler or Pettus ((they should be STO players)
better #3 RB than Jennings, a
better #4 OG than Wallace, or perhaps
a better #5 CB than Woods (or better #4 than Austin)

Pettus has played well when in, so not sure why you suggest he is not a good 4th Safety. You are right though that all of those could be upgraded.

I like the idea of Keaton Mitchell but he is 5'9 190. If we are going with a smaller RB I prefer Mitchell over Singleterry

Take it for what it is worth. This guy is a pretty decent followed fantasy football guy who does has sources in the league (probably not good enough sources for this type of info). That said it, it is the rumor a lot of people want to hear. So I thought it would post it. Even though he has 100k Instagram followers and 400k TikTok followers, this rumor does seem a little far fetched the way he is reporting it. Although I would trust him more than Ricky Scoops.

I would rather continue to develop Williams.

Yes, I’ve been wondering if the supposed redundancy of Pop and Diggs both working primarily out of the slot is a false constraint if Pop is getting separation down the field like we saw in NO. Maybe his problem with being on the same page with Maye can be fixed by turning the page on his days as a slot receiver and starting with a clean sheet working a different set of routes.

Im not sure what to make of Love. I think he is a good QB but I also think your QB has surpassed him already. Heck even that guy Dart for the Giants looks really good. I dont think Love is nearly as good as Rodgers or Favre.

I think Love is a very good QB. Underrated. Definitely a guy who has the ability to be top 5.

He's a totally different player and that injury last season under the Jarod rust season may have just really ruined Dugger. But safety and edge are huge needs as Landry and Chaisson are dealing with injuries and playing through them.

AGAINST BUF, apparently it was a big deal that Schooler was in for TWO defensive reps and Dugger for only ONE. NOT!

AGAINST NEW ORLEANS,
Dugger (and Wooden) both had more reps than ANY of the corners, ALL of them. Schooler has ZERO defensive reps. And, YES, that just might be more important than the reps in the BUF game.

Is Dugger one of the team's top starters because he had more reps than Gonzo? No, of course not. Dugger is NOT a liability compared to the alternatives of Schooler and Pettus.
