We've heard from Rickey in the past but can't remember if his tweets were bogus or not. Regardless...I don't believe it.

I don’t believe it either.
Our pass O is 6th in yards per game getting better.
WR IS NOT A WEAKNESS!

Should change his name from Ricky Scoops to Ricky Pile of $h!t.

We can't 100% say that: because it seems like Pop and Diggs can't be on the Field at the same time. That was pointed out by a regular Poster: Pop is doing damage on 17 snaps; but Hollins is not doing much receiving with his surplus. Boutte is not a problem and KW has not arrived.

He's been right 90% of the time, scooped Schefter numerous times. I believe the rumor is he works for one of the teams in some capacity.

But he's very reliable, been following him for a few years. Not 100% right but I believe he always has a good basis for all his posts.

Well, if you look at his last two posts together, the Pats may be interested in trading for Jacoby Meyers. Might mean they’re still not comfortable enough with Douglas despite his better production last week.

Against really bad teams

The record won't matter if we are one and done in the playoffs because we can't run.

Thats not true at all. We are in the first year of a rebuild, and in 6 games we have as many wins as last year, know for sure we have a franchise QB, have a top 6 passing offense, and a roster with a bunch of holes. We are so far ahead of where we thought we would be. So stop being a entitled brat. Enjoy the process and celebrate whats happening.

Wasnt ricky the one who had M Parsons to GB before anyone. Not saying hes adam schefy but i think he has some connections

If the trade compensation is low enough and Brown is willing to rework his contract to make it more palatable I could get behind it.
Why would Wilson need to redo his contract? It's chump change. It would be like 3.7M this year, 6.4M next year and 7M in 2027.

Not advocating for hm ether way. Just pointing out that the Cap hit is nothing in the scheme of things.

The notion that Myers is on the market and will be traded given the Raiders situation isn't really a scoop as plenty of outlets have been reporting this.

Not sure what the Pop/Diggs issue is (can you elaborate on what the theory is?) - but you're not wrong that they can benefit from a proven tall possession receiver.

I'm not sure why Mack Hollins hasn't produced more as one would think he'd be a big goal line target - but that's the role I'd see Myers playing for us.

Even though we're all pretty pleased with our WRs, I think Kraft/Wolf/Vrabel smell blood given the state of the AFC East and the AFC in general

When are they going to have a relatively easy schedule at the same time that the Bills, Chiefs, and Ravens are all looking weak?

They've already said they'd trade future high draft picks for players, and we know they have the cap space, which they were planning on spending next year, but no time like the present when things seem to be falling into place.

We should all keep in mind that like any team they're one or two injuries away from being irrelevant for the rest of the season anyways

Honestly a Devin Singletary is not a bad idea, versatile back, not sexy but what’s it cost a sixth at absolute worst?

That Rickey guy bats nearly 1000, by the way.

He’s nailed a ton. Micah Parsons deal for one.

In for talks about getting some guaranteed $$ - but I can't see them letting him leave

He'll probably tell him his next stop is in Pittsburgh or Indy and that will seal the deal

Welcome back Jakobi!

What exactly would Meyers fit be on this current offense?

To me he feels like the intersection between Diggs and Boutte. Not sure where he plays.

My opinion.
We don’t need a WR to be an elite offense. We need a run game, that is what is keeping this offense from being elite.
I’m all for improving the roster at every position (obv not QB), but what we gives us the best chance to go deeper this year?
A WR? I don’t think so, I think that’s way down the list.
I like our pass catchers tbh, I don’t see any need to add to them.
Passing league. We aren’t fixing the run blocking this year. A new running back isn’t fixing that. We won’t get the OL personnel to fix it. You want to make the run game effective? Double up on making passing a strength to stretch the defense and open up more runs. Diggs and Brown become a nightmare for everyone else and defenses will never be able to sell out on the run. Make play action more of a threat, then Henderson and Stevenson won’t be running into brick walls.

An extra running back isn’t changing much, the problem isn’t their skill. It’s the line run blocking. Give the defense less of an incentive to be heavy upfront.

I don't know why some of these genius PatsFans can't see that. Really glad they're not our GM. Diggs and Brown will keep DC's up at night: can you imagine how Great K Boutte would be in that set?? Imagine A.J. Brown getting the 45 snaps Tarzan Mac Hollins is currently getting...no fair.
