You shouldn't. They are totally different players and values. Cam was not worth a second round pick. Oh sure he had a great game. I believe Henderson's upside is higher. Henderson is just suffering from rookie blues and has to adjust. He is also playing a very different role than Cam.
I LOVE Skatteboo’s style. Henderson seems to be just a speed guy, which will hopefully pay dividends eventually, but vision seems to be an issue. He misses lanes, and runs straight into defenders/piles.

Could be the “rookie” thing you mentioned.

Skatteboo was a binky.

Dudes just a savage.

Roseman isn't a fool, he's one of if not the best GM in the league and very savvy with cap management. He loves to front-load contracts and stack void years on star players who come with questionable personalities.

Whoever wants AJ is going to have to pay for it. Roseman will extract blood.

If AJ Brown makes enough of a stink it could become a possibility. They'll want to trade him to the AFC.
and we're not scheduled to play the Eagles til 2027 so he can't embarrass then other than a Super Bowl.

Less blood if Howie needs to get rid of him ( for locker room harmony)more than a team needs to acquire him. Unhappy WR isn't good for team.

Barmore's contract is $84M.

Simmons is under contract for another 2 years at $20.6 and 23.5M for whatever team trades for him

The problem that I see is that You'd have one of them off the field since none of them are an actual NT.
A front four of Simmons, Barmore, Williams and Landry/Tonga would be pretty good.

Yeah, Henderson is smaller and quicker than Stevenson or a typical 1st down back. They are not as interchangeable as most seem to think. Skatteboo's kindof an in between and is certainly fun to watch.

I also sometimes think that rookies can look artrificially good until Ds get enough game film to figure out how to stop them. But from an overall football perspective there's a good young crop of QBs and RBs out there who are hopefully going to improve the game, because Goodell's mediocre "parity" kindof sucks.

So we would have 3 DTs on $100M, or close to contracts?
Not gonna happen.
I think we have to understand that whoever, if we did make a move for a player thier contract is almost basically going to be restructured.

If they can afford it & NO is willing to deal, they should definitely go after Kamara. He’d be perfect in that offense.

Not me, Henderson just needs reps, he's going to a really good player.
Agreed 100%.
I like Skat a lot, but I have serious doubts he's going to a good player 3 years from now.
Sure he's short and stout and can take some hits, but I think he will burn out quick, then his lack of athleticism will be very very evident.

He was my binky too. Henderson is a rookie in the most difficult offense in the league. He will be fantastic. Just give him time. The preseason is vanilla and that is why he did so well. He is overwhelmed with his assignments right now. That will change, and when it does you will see.

I think the eagles proved last year that you can't have too many DTs and DB's. That makes me think a trade for JSimmons makes a lot of sense even with the big contract. You would REALLY put pressure on offense both vs the run and pass, and you could do it in waves with quality players playing fresh and fast.

He's 28 and has 4 quality years ahead playing right into our championship window in his prime. Vrabel knows him well, and we can afford the $20MM/yr for the next couple of years. The question is what would be the price. I wouldn't want to do a first or 2nd. I would CONSIDER a 3rd, but would rather do a 4th or 5th and player (Duggar or Young)

The other thing I'd be looking at are Safeties. We need to get more athletic back there. Is there a big CB out there who is ready to make the switch a la McCourty and help us get faster and deeper in that position of need.

We aren't going to pay that much for 3 DTs, it won't happen.
He's also the Titan's best player, and one of the best DTs in the league.
They aren't trading him for a 3rd or less.
Come on man.

If we need depth at CB, would Roger McCreary make sense? I know he was drafted by Vrabel in 2022, but haven’t followed his career. Is he an upgrade over what we currently have after CB2? Can he play inside & outside, or is he a specialist?

Patriots please do not let the Bills get A.J. Brown.

You can't lessen a cap hit. Someone is going to have to eat that and it won't be Philly.
