Was just checking out the comments over on the Bills fan forum. After further review, apparently we didn't win the game last night, The Bills gave us the win with their poor play.
It’s all a matter of perspective. The Bills took a page out of our book and played very undisciplined ball last night…it happens.

On the other hand, we kept them in the game in the 4th quarter with some dumb penalties also (we still have to clean that up).

In the end, it was a close game by two pretty even teams. We performed in the clutch to pull out the victory. It’s a two horse race for the division.

It’s nice to finally see that we are legit contenders again. This season will be fun knowing that we’re only going to get better for years to come.

Heritage. It's been nearly 2 years since he was fired. It has nothing to do with the 2025 Patriots season in the slightest.

Guess what, people can have takes other than yours.

Pretty much everything I see on a football field is going to be seen through the lens of the twenty year Dynasty Era.

If that triggers you, hit that mute/ignore/block button.

Brady was 33-3 vs them or something like that. They weren't a pest lol.
Yes, one of my favorite factoids:

Not only did Brady have more super bowl victories than losses to the Bills, despite playing them 2x a year for almost 20 years, he had more super bowl MVP awards than losses to the Bills

I thought the same watching the game unfold.

Diggs is M&M's go to WR and Henry is M&M'ss go to TE.

I tend to just skim most posts, but there are a few posters that I just skip over. Its easy to avoid the train wreck unless you are fascinated by it. Gotta be honest Tommy it seems like you fascinated by it.
If I want to read the schizo ****, I'll go to the schizo thread.

After a day when the Patriots went on the road as 8 point underdogs, and beat up an undefeated division team, with great performances by players - it's not too much to talk about that...in the thread dedicated specifically to that.

The schizo **** is completely irrelevant to that. Again, if you wanna blog about schizo ****, there's a dedicated thread for it. Multiple threads even. How do I know? SB made the same post in at least 3 different threads that I've seen so far, because it's apparently REALLY SUPER IMPORTANT AND RELEVANT GUYS HAHA BB SUXORZ.

College didn't post something on Twitter fast enough has NOTHING to do with the Patriots/Bills or the Patriots season. Not at all. Not in the slightest. It's not that big of an ask. I'm not saying 'ban the haters'. I don't even want to mute anyone. I'm just saying, the Patriots had a really good win last night, and suddenly the ONE thread dedicated to JUST that, is flooded with ********, unrelated drama.

Go enjoy the ********, unrelated drama in the ******** unrelated drama threads. Leave the one postgame thread to talk about the postgame.

I don't see how this is in any way controversial.

I see nothing in the last 24 hours on the UNCFootball account about Maye. Bill is being Bill, petty and (as usual) everything has to be top secret like a black site.

Who cares, why bring that up in the Pats and Bills post game thread, there is a whole Bellichick thread for it.

Everything you see on the field, is seen through the lens of 'College didn't post something on Twitter fast enough'?

I'd suggest calling a mental health emergency hotline if that's truly the case.

Great W.
I admit I said I'd be OK if they kept it within the spread.

Maye did an amazing job extending plays, rolling to his right, but was under a lot of pressure. They have to protect him better.
The Pats couldn't get enough pressure on Allen...I think they only touched him once. But the D is solid.
I think coaching can address both.
Some dumb penalties. Again, coaching can address that.
Stevenson has to hold onto the ball. I'm not sure coaching can fix that.

Diggs was everything the Pats could have hoped for in an important game. Let's hope he stays healthy.

A very satisfying Win. Something to build on.

They're on to New Orleans.

But yet the entire game the bills had a lineman false start on almost every play and was never called.
The difference is Buffalo has all pro OTs and vederian lowe is a replacement player.

Also, it's not 'browbeating' to ask you to talk about the thread topic in the thread, and not talk about schizo **** in a thread that's not about schizo ****.

Don't be such a damned snowflake.

Guy who doesn't browbeat proves it by calling others snowflakes, then tells others to call mental health hotlines... Got it...

The Patriots pressure scheme was designed to do that.. if you noticed they weren't going to be do aggressively with the rush because Allen would gash them

So it's a controlled rush.. and mirror it with coverage.. the bills only got pressure when they rushed 5 or more blitzing.. Campbell was pancaking guys.

Drake was eating them up when the bills blitzed. We don't need a let down.. need to continue the momentum.. guys love the feel of winning and they will chase that feeling each week.

I think Stevenson will ultimately turn it around and remain a contributor for the next couple of years.

That said, they need a true power back in a bad way. Stevenson plays more like a finesse back despite his size. Henderson is a speed back. Gibson is toast, and was very similar to Stevenson anyway. They don’t have anyone that can physically dominate another player and get a guaranteed one to two yards when you need it. But, that type of player is usually not that hard to find.

Are you suggesting making Stevenson a 3rd down type back?

For "power backs", Gus Edwards is out there. Justice Hill might be available from the Ravens with how badly they're playing.
Jamaal Williams is also out there. As is D'onta Foreman.

There are a bunch of no names on other teams practice squads.. But I think that the team needs better play calling to set up the power runs and improved run blocking by the interior 3.

Spot on. Patriots DEs were playing with edge discipline to avoid getting gashed by Allen. This combined with solid CB play let the pressure develop from the interior.

I would be more than a little concerned with the rush up the middle multiple times right at Drake. It happened a lot.

This is more concerning than Bradbury getting beaten. This was about Bradbury and Onwenu completely ignoring the incoming rusher.

If you watched that slow-mo of Drake stiff-arming the 320 lb. DT before throwing for a first down a fraction of a second before he is tackled to the ground and you don’t get at least a semi, you either aren’t a Pats fan or you need to check your pulse.

One of the best plays I have seen this season. Incredible.

Some of that is on Maye, assuming he's calling the protections, I don't think it's Bradbury.

Probably the best defensive game from Marcus Jones. The pass breakup on a guy way bigger than him in Coleman and then the interception later. There are plays that he gave up, but I can't see if the WR's got help from picks which seriously needs to be outlawed by the NFL. But G's assisting communication between the QB and C are a bigger problem. It's so bad for the game. If I were a DC, I'd tell my guys to jump every time the G gets up and twists his body towards the QB. That would absolutely draw false starts or start the conversation with the rules committee. There were a few defensive players in other games flinching yesterday and got back on their side when G's were doing this.

Also, Bills were false starting all night.
We were bummed we didn't get Travis Hunter... But man, Marcus Jones this year ...
