I see his running with STs as very telling, and what it’s telling is that they’re looking for a path to keep him on the roster.

Or that he's looking for a way to stay on the roster, since this WR thingy doesn't seem to be working for him...

Pretty amazing if J Andrews and Ryland end up starting this year. We are drafting so well we are throwing guys to the curb that are starters. And PatsFans posters are still saying all of our drafts for the last few years sucked!!! LOL

They did.

Do you really think Vrabel lets the inmates run the asylum like that?

Maybe they’d listen to a player requesting that, but even that to me would be showing high regard for the player. And showing more insight and introspection than Baker has shown anytime else.

They did.
6 to 8 starters is a draft that sucks? Sorry, Cap that is objectively and statistically incorrect.

Now if you want to talk about the 2024 where everyone except Maye might be off the team before the 2nd season starts, you are correct that the 2024 draft was one of the worse of all time (a blind man could have picked Maye at #3).

There’s not much cure for the chronically miserable.
No there isn’t but you can try to learn stuff so you won’t be so bad.
The 4th round is on day 3.
3rd round picks rotating in with the 1s happens all the time.
The “surprise” that you think is a gotcha is because he sat out minicamp not because it’s unusual that a 3rd round pick is the top backup.

Bedard today:

"It's pretty impressive for a rookie to get looks at two different spots, and he seems to be handling it with ease to this point. It really speaks to Wilson's smarts and ability to handle a lot. Not many rookies can do that."

Yes I forget details like the order of draft day. I don't sit on a computer all day thinking negative thoughts and being miserable.

Of course you do. Look at his exchange. A well adjusted person would have said yeah most 3rd round picks are at last subbing in with the 1s but it’s good to see this guy is coming along as expected so far. Instead you *****.
