I'm kinda on the @One-If-By-Sea program now. It's very believable he just pulled out Mayo's pinnie and put it on as opposed to getting one made to troll the previous coach. I think it's a fun idea of him being an ******* for being an *******'s sake, but it's more than likely he grabbed the first thing available.

2024: Mayo has a special yellow pinny made with his old number so that everyone remembers his glory days
2025: Vrabel just needs a yellow pinny, grabs the one with 51 on it sitting around unused

By the way, Mayo choosing to stay out of coaching is pretty telltale. He obviously has little passion for it and probably never should have tried.

IIRC Mayo is being paid to not coach by the Patriots. He may be passionate about cashing their checks for not coaching.

Realistically he was being paid for not coaching last year too. This year he’s being paid to stay out of the way so Vrabel can coach.

Incidentally, notice how Mrs. Mayo hasn’t been in the headlines for suing Kraft? Wonder if it has anything to do with learning the checks would stop during litigation, and possibly permanently?

Sounds like the ride I shared in to my first Burning Man. And I was so out of it that I’d never once thought that I might encounter drugs at Burning Man!
