Whomever said it has zero credibility.
When JT was younger, I had my issues with him. For instance keeping track of how many points he had during the G7 vs Philly a few years back really pissed me off. I think at one point JT was a bit too focused on his status among the league best and that was holding him back from realizing his full potential as a player. In hindsight that's understandable. Past 2-3 years he's improved on his rebounding and going to the hoop more.It was either 93.7 or 98.5 just before noon. I'm not sure which.
I agree. Tatum was talking the other day saying the Orlando series was a benefit for them.. becuase they learned about themselves they can win anyway. Each series takes a form of it's own.We are tough enough and tougher than any team in the playoffs.
Who cares if the road was "easy". They lost KP for 3 series. You take what you can get. It was not "easy". It;s not like they played with as much passion as a February road game in New Orleans.
We don't want this team more beat up than they already are. Hoping for a tough, physical series is crazy.
We want to be as healthy as possible when we face CLE and hopefully OKC.
80s Celtics would have won 2 more titles if Philly, Milwaukee, and Detroit didn't pound on them in the eastern conference playoffs.
Big time! Al is playing like a champion guys a force defensively.. Joe really managed Al well during the regular season. You can say the same thing about any of the other starters. And PP,Big Al and Kornet all have their own value.
Yep. I read JTs comments. If he says the physical and mental challenge ORL presented benefited the team, I don't disagree. It's when the physical play becomes excessive and nasty. That was my point.I agree. Tatum was talking the other day saying the Orlando series was a benefit for them.. becuase they learned about themselves they can win anyway. Each series takes a form of it's own.
I do like that they took less 3s and attacked the paint more. Your right health and availability it vital.
Guy turns 39 next month, if I’m being honest I was expecting a bigger fall off then he’s shown, and you’re right the approach with him has been spot on.Big time! Al is playing like a champion guys a force defensively.. Joe really managed Al well during the regular season.
98.5. They/ve been on this for awhile. Also brought up on the F&M tv spot last night. It was either 93.7 or 98.5 just before noon. I'm not sure which.
I found this interesting, for the series, Pritchard was second on the team behind only JT with a +53 plus/minus.And he's a downright steal at his salary.
Yes, muzz had done a masterful job all year with the team management he needs to get his flowers as one of the top 5 coaches in the NBA..Guy turns 39 next month, if I’m being honest I was expecting a bigger fall off then he’s shown, and you’re right the approach with him has been spot on.
P double.. is pest defensively and has relentlessly energy .. your right his D fuels his offense. Him coming off the bench is a great role for him.. he's a fan favorite and crowd energizer..What used to be the biggest worry we all had about PP playing expanded minutes?
Defense. NOT ANYMORE!
I seriously believe Pritchard's D has equaled his O.
He is a very good defender and he is absolutely starter quality. Further, he is a better player than half the starting point guards in the nba. Chew on that.
At 6'1" this is not supposed to happen in today's nba. Kid is incredible

It might be the Pacers and Thunder series. The Cs get 6 days off between series. Enough to heal the bruising from the Magic series and not too long a break to create rust.
If Jru is not 1000%, I'd sit him again. We need him much more for the text 2 series because the Cavs and Thunder series are gonna be all out 7 game wars.
I’ve watched this so many times. With this shot 18 was won.
Always enjoy the Fakers flopping in the playoffs and LeFlop leading the way.The Lakers speedy removal from the playoff was SWEET and oh so satisfying. Now, hopefully, we will no longer have to endure the wall to wall Lakers talk ESPN and TNT force upon us.
