Allegedly..

I predicted this last week in another thread, but them moving ahead of NE if Hunter remains on the board. The 49ers are getting desperate and need to make a big move.

There was a Vrabel press conference today, was not posted here?

I posted this in another thread but thought it might get more eyes here. Is this concerning for anyone else?

Undoubtedly maneuvering to avoid going to Cleveland and play for the greatest two way player of all time, Mike Vrabel. Haha.

I'm guessing the chances are low that we'd trade back up into R1 for a WR like Golden, given that we didn't meet with him for a 30 visit?

He just strikes me as the next guy in a long line of WR that fans could tell would be a baller, yet our front office passed on/wouldn't make a small trade up for... Metcalf, Pickens, Brian Thomas Jr, McConkey... it's every year at this point with us.

Campbell at 4 and Golden at say 24 would be an ideal draft for me, but I get the feeling we'll end up with another R2 WR named Jaylin... given he's the only WR in that range we met with. Hope I'm wrong, but just a feeling.

It would be more concerning if he didn't have that attitude. That's what's gotten him this far.

Brugler’s 7 round mock. He gives the Pats Campbell at 4, Higgins at 38, Georgia C Jared Wilson at 69, and Nebraska DT Ty Robinson at 77.

Of note, Ersery is available at 38 but Conerly, Banks, and Simmons go 26, 27, 31. Trapilo is at 67, just before the Pats’ pick at 69. Sanders falls to 21.

Interesting. Love Campbell at 4. Not crazy about Higgins at 38. I really like Wilson as a long term and talented Center. Robinson would be fine at 77.

Golden only did it for one year I prefer others.
