Greg Bedard seems to think the Pats may be making a blockbuster trade soon

P

according to this chart
It would take 38,our third and a 5th this year to move from 4 to 2

It isn't a great deal if I would rather keep the picks.

I have reluctantly agreed that we should draft Carter or Hunter if either is available at 4. We would then need to use 3 picks to move up to get a LT. In your scenario, we could still trade up, but we'd be out of picks until the end of 5th.

Would you two grow up and learn how to use your words instead of these childish moving pictures?

I think to move from 4 to 2
It would take 4, 38 and next years 2nd rounder

But we are talking about timid Elliot Wolf. Completely out of character
Really hope we don't want any player that bad.

For Saints pick draft chart says 4 tor 9 and 40 is fair value

I tend to agree. Its too high a price to move up to 2 unless Vrabel is convinced Hunter will be a top 3 wr

I do like a trade to Saints though….4 for 9 and 40

Actually Sam Bobby Grier is still the one making all the decisions for the Patriots.

A Trade is the work for Choir Boy George Pickens... stranger things have happened.

Actually Sam the only person talking about Eliot Wolf is you. Everyone else recognizes that Vrabel is in charge. Unfortunately you are afraid of holding Vrabel accountable for his decisions, so you go for the easy target in Wolf, even though you know he’s not in charge.

In blockbuster move, the New England Patriots deal a 6th round pick and a conditional future 5th rounder for Jakobi Meyers....

Jakobi would be good with Diggs drawing coverage, imo

The words "Blockbuster Trade" and "Jakobi Meyers" should never be in the same sentence.
I like Jakobi and wouldn't mind seeing him back, but yeah.

Agents spreading **** ...
Why would Vrabel and those around him leak anything.

A huge trade would be:
Rashawn Slater to the Pats. The Chargers have Joe Alt, who can lay LT for them.
Compensation unknown but it’s not for the 4th pick straight up.
Just a possibility to fill a huge need.

Take this for what it worth, but when someone on Twitter asked Bedard that since he has been alluding to the Patriots making a blockbuster trade, was he speculating or does he know they are in the market for a big time trade, Bedard responded "I know".

I mean it could be nothing. It could be the Pats are trying desperately and will be rebuffed at every attempt. But let the speculation begin what the trade might be.

What's Twitter? Do you mean BlueSky?
