Scenario for you - and I'll start this by saying I don't want a RB at 4 overall.

Let's say we draft Campbell, and he becomes a guard because his arms are in fact too small... highly possible right? In fact historically probable.

And - let's also say Jeanty becomes an all-pro back, also highly possible, widely projected even.

In that scenario, a year from now - would we not regret passing on a blue chip offensive player for an average guard? Especially when this is how both players were projected by most?
I think this is not the consensus. Jeanty is comparable as prospect or Jonathan Taylor and Bijan Robinson. Todd Gurley is another similar prospect.
Campbell is expected to be a perennial pro bowl guard with all pro upside, he's not projected as an average guard.
Add to that the hit rate on linemen is much higher than running backs.

Your saying all-pro running back vs average guard, well yeah of course go RB. 100% of people say yes to that but that's not the debate on Campbell vs Jeanty,

The consensus is PRO BOWL GUARD vs PRO BOWL RB with a 31.5% chance the guard ends up succeeding more than the RB.

I think based on the Jeanty comps he's going to be at least good, but a Todd Gurley career is just as likely as anything, RB's take a lot of pounding, Would you want 15 years of Joe Thuney or 5-6 years of Jeanty?

It's not a clear-cut answer but with a very deep RB class and RB not a major weakness it seems RB in first round is not the best use of capital.

I'm even leaving out the possibility Campbell plays LT at a very high level.

Good analysis.

I'd be happy with Campbell if they've run it by Scar that he can play LT for us. Even though he himself doesn't agree O line is worth a top 5 pick - easy for him to say because he could make a solid line out of mid round JAGs.

Milton was either dumb as rocks or had a bad relationship with Maye.
Or was pushing the fact he he should start too much.
Or Wolf and Kraft was livid he beat the bills.

Which one is the most likely?
Kraft liked him remember him saying they had 2 QBs

Skattebo has Patriots written all over him. And I'd love it! He's like a combo of Woodhead & Edelman in a Develin body.
And he'd push Rham to not sleep-walk through every snap and fall down at first contact
Some have said he’s a more talented Rex Burkhead, who was a decent pass catcher as well. I think Skattebo is a better pass catcher.

I’ll answer that by saying he was in college for 6 years

Ahh college, the best 7 years of my life.
My guess is you had trouble finding your way to a classroom
But had no problem finding your way to a dorm house party

Didn't hurt to have Tom Brady with an all-time level of getting the ball out. In his career he released the ball under 2.50 seconds and some years as low as 2.30 seconds. NFL average QB is 2.78 seconds, a good pass rush gets home in about 2.50 seconds, an average pass rusher is 2.9 seconds.

Basically, the line didn't matter so much with Brady, the ball was gone so fast pass rush couldn't get there.

I don’t know whatever happened to the poster Freak, but he spent the best 20 years of his life at UNH. ( He could be Andy Johnson-same posting style) )

Looks like I’m gonna be wrong, 2 QBs are not going in the top 3.

Worst case scenario with Pats we need a team to trade up to 4 for Sanders.
Maybe help the Jets?
I don’t know.
