Starting to think that’s the reality.
4 is too high in my opinion for him, I would trade down.
who exactly is looking to trade up in this draft?

dumping the pick for half its value is worse than reaching a few spots on a player...

Membou is a RIGHT TACKLE! And, he's played RT for all 3 years in college. Just a more talented Caedan Wallace experiment. NO!!!
Bruce Armstrong was Drafted as RT and switched to the Left no problems. I expect the same for Membou.

I’m terrified, cause I think this is a deep draft.
But I guess in Vrabs we obey?
Or what vrab say is ok.
one of those has to be the new in bb we trust.
At this point, that's Apples and Oranges. Let's give him a draft or two before me make that assumption. Until proven otherwise, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I hated Mayo being made HC, bit I'd hoped that I'd be proven wrong (I wasn't).

I hope you're right, but I wouldn't go as far as expecting it.

In all serious why would you expect the same. Until I see a player get meaningful snaps at a position I wont assume that they will be able to perform to the same level as their "natural position". Not trying to give you crap over your statement, I'm just curious as to what gives you confidence its an easy transition. It has to be something more than the answer of some other player was able to.

Stop it. Armstrong played left tackle at Louisville.

Yah but he played RT for a while here. I remember Danny Villa being our LT I a old but bot that old.

Someone wanting Sanders.

he cut his teeth on the left side of the line under Schellenberger, after moving from TE...

and remind me, how many games has Membou played at left tackle?

based on his height, membou better suited to be a guard vs our future Left Tackle Will Campbell

wouldnt have problem taking him with 38 though. but not 4.

Oh they all have the benefit of the doubt.
I’m saying we need a new moniker for in BB we trust.
I really meant that when I would say Laurence Maroney? Well in BB we trust.

half the people tell me sanders wont go at three because he sucks...

and now teams will trade up to 4 to take the guy who sucks?

I noticed he is 6'3 which is about 2 inches shorter than the league average for left tackles. Does that truly mean anything????I dont know but I'm more concerned with a lack of experience playing on the left side. Whether fans like it or not I think Vrabel tipped his hand in his interview today. Like it or not if Hunter & Carter are gone it will be Campbell unless someone wants to give us a sweet deal.

"Generational Talent"

Such an overused term, Generational Wealth maybe.

The height helps create leverage, so yeah, it can mean something... "length" is a term that can be bandied about in regards to linemen... but like always, its not the be all end all of a player... but Isaiah Wynn is 6'3"... just sayin'...

and I don't think Vrabel tipped anything that everyone else already didn't know... and honestly, do we really care if he did? its not like its some big secret, right? there are only a few guys who are top tier in this draft... its the same four or five guys mentioned day in day out... and without Mike Mayock around to toss a random wtf pick like Clelin Ferrell into the mix, the top of the draft should leave everyone thinking, "so easy even Kiper got that one right"

Conventional wisdom suggests that the Browns may take Carter and then just wait until their 2nd rounder to take a QB that's there between Dart and Milroe. But that would be risky for the Browns, because the rest of the league can see through that, and anyone that wants Dart or Milroe may trade back into the end of the first round to leapfrog the Browns and get the QB they want. The Browns can't risk going into the season with Pickett as their best option at QB unless their plan is to tank the season, so either they take Sanders at 2 or they trade for a QB like Cousins. Sanders would be cheaper in theory, wouldn't cost them additional draft capital, and is young whereas Cousins looks like he's toast. It's just a matter of what do the Browns brass think.

brownies are going for suck city, and will be in the running for Arch Manning next year... Factory of Sadness is stoking the boilers of failure, getting primed for their next campaign of despair...

After the Maroney pick, I threw up in my mouth a little bit. That I do remember.

Would be funny if Arch pulls an Eli and refuses to play for the Browns. Though I've heard it's not a guarantee that he'll declare next year, he might not be available until the 2027 draft. That would be too late for Stefanski and Co. to save their jobs.
