Mack Collins thrived in Buffalo and can be good for Drake a veteran player, with leadership. Good pick up! It's very telling of Vrabel's abilities to get guys in here.. we have a stable of playmakers on defense now, and I believe that will attract more guys as FA goes on.

Boutte 22yrs old 590yards entering yr 3 (may have more room to grow)
Bourne 29yrs old 305yards (12 games)

So Hollins at 31yrs 375yards is a solution how? We don't need another low end roster WR. We need a #1 and a #2 WR. I hope we didn't pay out any guaranteed money.

Right now the plan seems to be hope Boutte makes a big jump at year 23 and that we can land Hunter in the draft and have him instantly be that guy for us.

I’m guessing Polk and Baker are going to have roles too.

He's a veteran, a guy that's seen alot of football and is a culture builder. He will figure to be in the rotation as we go though FA and the draft. It's telling that he chose to leave Buffalo and come sign with us. Vrabel is having an effect on guys and this is excellent for the organization going forward building the culture.

Get ready for no big improvement in the WR position, there are different ways to build a team, I can see they have different strategy than throwing 50/60Mi at the WR position, we still have young up and coming players in Boutte and Pop, question marks in Polk and Baker, maybe Aiyuk or Higgins still come into play but not much more than that, maybe Hunter in the draft.

It's not possible to fix everything in one offseaeon, We made some good signings already and the goal is to win games, they will be able to achieve that goal with more defense, getting out of the field and giving more chances, shorter fields for Maye.

Like ir or not, it's a strategy.
