Patriots Injury News Mack Hollins Nearing Return?

He has been out with an injury for over a month. He has a history of surgery and difficult recovery from a sports hernia. Nobody knows how he will respond to full speed action. I hope he is fully recovered and starts Sunday. But nobody should be surprised if he is not fully recovered and remains inactive.

Also there was no reason to not start the window because it extends beyond the SB so it doesn’t tell us much.

That would be so awesome. I wasn’t excited about the signing originally, but he really became one of my favorite players. 3rd in receptions behind Diggs & Henry, great blocker, and an excellent leader as well. Wish he was 25 years old and signed for several years.
Mack has never really relied on speed.
His size won’t diminish.
His game will age better than some WRs.
Not saying he will be here beyond next year, but I think he is less susceptible to age given his skill set and role.

The OL will feel it the most, Vrabel will sub heavily on defense and use rotations on defense and the offensive positions he can sub out.

Mac hollins activated off IR.... Now let's see if he makes game day roster....
