Do you want Will Campbell at 4 assuming Hunter and Carter are off the board?

I think a trade back has always been #1. It'd be great to choose from many of the same options from 6-12 with extra picks in tow.
It's probably pick, singular, to move down and stay out of the teens. Maybe an extra 2026 pick. We need to hope that both Ward and Sanders are on the board at #4 to get more than a pittance in payback.

Don't care. I'm sick to death from not having any Legit LEFT Tackles in the building. IF they sign Stanley, then I'm willing to wait until round 2 for what's left of Conerly/DJack/Ersery or round 3 for Belton at the latest; if they don't, then I want Banks or Simmons. Period.

This all happens only AFTER we trade-down, naturally. Staying at #4 is so stupid it's not even funny.
I like Simmons but have to see his Pro Day. Otherwise may be too risky
Banks is also projected to move inside. He’s got alligator arms also
I’m listening to you CAP. Your Mocks got me doing some homework
Hope all is well
Edit: I read another post that had Banks at 33 inch arm. I looked it up he has 33 1/2 inch arms
For some reason a lot of guys having him move inside

True and it's my only reservation for taking Graham at 4. But Mason has always been the consensus DT1 and I don't think the measurables change that for me. He can easily put the weight back on.
He says he plays at 308-315
Would think in a NFL training program he will develop a lot more muscle

I gotta admit, I'm coming-around on Membou and will be good with drafting him but under these conditions:

Ronnie Stanley or At Worst Cam Robinson is signed as the starting LT for 2025 & '26;

And

At Least One trade-down far enough to fetch us a top-100 pick Both this year And next year; because I'm not drafting him at #4, nor anyone else for that matter.

I wouldn't object to using #38, especially if we have another 2nd-rounder from the earlier trade-down, on Donovan Jackson to give us somebody with at least some starting LT experience while Membou also cross-trains at LT.

And if we can afford it, I'd love to grab Ohio State Center Seth McLaughlin with a 4th/early 5th-round pick too, and end this Center debate once and for all.

Stanley/Jackson - Strange69/Siddy the Sow - Andrews/McLaughlin - OneMenu/Laydown - Membou/Wallace

Be prepared to be mad then. I think they aren't going to have a dance partner to trade back AND I think those two guys will go elsewhere.

Like we've discussed in another thread, if the Pats don't see value in #4, why would the other 28 teams behind them? I think they'll end up drafting someone who should go lower but they won't be able to deal out of #4. It is what it is. I really hope I am wrong and they get to trade back, but I just have an inkling they are eff'd at #4.

I discussed with manxman that I would be in on Membou as a RT where he has success with the possibility of eventually moving over to LT.
I also said that I would like that only if we got Stanley or possibly Robinson if Marrone likes him and Stanley signs elsewhere
Like your theory of getting multiple OL candidates
This year has to be with the emphasis on finally fixing the OLine for Maye and the running game I know we will be using
Enough is enough with the OLine concerns
This is a multiple year rebuild. Fix the trenches and then get the toppings on the cake
I also want another RB via draft

I mean, I see Perry's and Curran's point. He's done it at every level, and at every level, his detractors have said his arms are short. And you know I am a believer in game film WAY more than combine stuff.

Combine this with the story that the Pats, despite interest, didn't get in on the Thuney trade might suggest Will Campbell is the pick. Why trade for Thuney when they have someone pencilled in at LG that can a) backup Ronnie Stanley and b) possibly be his long-term replacement.

The word "trying" with pick #4 is scary to say the least.
Not if you know that if he's unsuccessful, they have a ready made spot for him on the inside. I wouldn't do it if they didn't get Stanley though.
