2025 LT

This is true, but he is also one of the most athletic 320lbs 6'6 dudes ever and has played well against top competition.

Idk if he can play, but he has played lt this other guy has only played rt and has not started many games. I worry about combine super stars
Membou has the tape to backup his combine though.

We will need to break the bank to sign Stanley. I have no issue doing that. LT would no longer be an emergency issue right now. We draft his replacement and let him learn for 3 years and fill in if/when Stanley gets injured. Cam Robinson is the backup plan if we miss on Stanley, but we would need to be more urgent in finding a LT behind him. This is where Josh Simmons and his injury come in. Reports have him ahead of schedule, but he would not have to be if we sign Cam. If he is ready by July, let him battle Cam or just sit and learn and come in on rotation.

Membou is a RT. It is a huge position of need for us right behind LT, Drake's blindside. If Carter and Hunter are gone at 4, most agree that the talent level then just drops. There is little difference between 4 and 20 at that point. Plan 1: Trade down a few slots and take Membou. Plan 2: No one will trade, just take Membou. Stanley LT, Strange LG + Robinson LG, Andrews C + Strange C, Owenu RG, Membou would be a much improved line. We then have Sow and Wallace backing up. That is only 8 offensive linemen. We still have room for 1-2 more.
Count me in for Armand Membou at Tackle I think in time he could be a LT: he's that athletic. Also him and Aireontae Ersery are my two favorite Trade From 4 Tackles. P.s. don't sleep on the other Mbow... Marcus Mbow.

Mbow is likely moving back to guard...another short arm guy.

I would hope so. But we don't know what we have because he was injured for the year moving back and forth.

Not sure if you saw, but Lowe actually had numbers that were similar to Cam Robinson and slighting worse than Dan Moore, Jr.
I have always appreciated Lowe more than most people on this site. Agreed, he is not all pro, but he played hurt last year and was the least of our problems. I would like to see him healthy with some competent companions.

I really like Greene a lot. He's a monster and plays angry. He looks like a player imo. Very raw and "green" but that kid looks like NFL player when he explodes out his stance, handles business at the line before climbing. Fast, physical and pissed off. He's just brand new but everyone will be hoping he really breaks out.
Campbell is really talented but has some real issues in pass pro imo and I want to actually, physically verify his arms are > 33". Sounds silly but check the stats on ot prospects getting drafted in the lottery with sub 33 arms. I think they're right at 33/34 but I don't believe anyone anymore. Banks is definitely in the conversation. He already has very good tape against quality top 75 guys. Some huge blocks and is very well rounded. He has some trouble with real speed, his footwork but he's got a lot good tape.

Josh Conerly and Ajani Cornelius are really talented. Very athletic and tough. Good hands and balance. Those two definitely have 1st round/top 20 potential. They left both those guys on an Island a lot and both took care of business.

It's a great class to need a RT. I'm curious to see how Jones handles himself after a breakout year. He had a great year in terms of improving in pass pro. He looked like an actual prospect getting to his marks, handling counters, handling SEC power. LSU will have a few more top 10-50 picks between last year and this year.

Riley Mahlman is someone I'm keeping an eye bc of his size but he's also a great zone blocker.

Has BGC retired?

I’m starting to warm to Membou.

I *think* he started his own draft website and is focused on that. Please don’t quote me on that and apologies if I’m wrong, which I frequently am.
God I feel like a prostitude now that I know that and if it’s true

Do we know which website?

Do we know which website?
I’m not even positive that he did, let alone know what it is. I’m sure someone will be able to either validate or refute me at some point soon.

Let me get this straight. Vederian Lowe had an overall PFF grade of 54, which ranks at 102 of all O-lineman in the NFL last year, and you are saying he is the least of our concerns? His pass protection was 66.9 and his run blocking was a 45.8. On what planet is this the least of our problems? Left Tackle is the biggest problem on the team. With that rating, he has no business being in the NFL even as a backup. Oh my goodness. What is your excuse for Lowe's 2023 season where he posted a total rating of 47? Just stop it. The guy is horrible.

Wallace is NOT a Left Tackle, part-time or otherwise. Dude kinda Sucks.

He has an abysmal 2024, but to be fair so did 99% of the roster. He has the physical tools as well as size. The dude is
6'5" and 341lbs. He is the RT type that we want. Let's see what Marone can do with him. I don't think the original plan was to have him play much in 2024 and he was thrown to the wolves. While there are some players talented enough to swap tackle positions, Mayo and Wolf thought they are all plug and play. Let Wallace back up out starting RT this year and rotate in. I think there will be great improvement.
