I did see him drop about 3 balls in the gauntlet unfortunately. Those are really good numbers though.

I missed Savion thanks to the Deebo news.

Of course ironically I'm seeing a lot of 49ers predictions for Savion.

I posted last week that Noel was my favourite receiver in the draft and a guy I was targeting with one of those 3rd rounders. So both pleased and disappointed to see these testing numbers. Would be highly frustrating to see him pushed out of our reach. Would have been the perfect guy at 69.

Isaac Teslaa had quite the day and I need to take a closer look at Chimere Dike who looked good in drills and had a fast forty.

Glad you mentioned Chimere Dike: looks like he could translate as a Speedy Slot WR. I know Arian Smith would test well I love Georgia Wide Receivers. P.s Tez Johnson more quick than fast: Josh McDaniels have had success with those WR's.

Another WR that will need post combine attention

Had a very nice 2022 should thrive as a Slot Receiver... going to be some nice receivers available on Day 3. Josh McDaniels love those WR's who can play inside/out.

Lost in the rush to poke fun at Bond for his 40 time after his big talk (I'm as guilty as anyone else) is that he posted the highest MPH of any receiver during his run. This tells me that 10 yard splits are deceiving and lack granularity. He got an exceptionally bad start each time, which may be nerves or technique, but he made up for it by breaking 24 MPH. The only other player in the entire 2025 Combine who did that was Hairston, he of the 4.28.

That makes more sense based on what my eyes told me when watching Bond play. He's not just fast; he's in a class of his own this draft year once he's off to the races. Maybe we can take advantage of his falling stock.

For added context, here are the top receivers last year. Yes, Worthy is still faster, but it's not by as much as you may think initially. Looking for 2023, too, and I'll update this post again when I find the results.

Having trouble finding the exact numbers from 2023, but this was interesting as well:
