Lazar on WR Draft

Very fast but I worry about production and injury. I think he’ll fly at the combine and would be unlikely to be there in the 3rd.
He's a guy who could really help himself with a great combine. He could get into R1.

I would personally want McMillian if we had a chance to get him. Dude is 6'5 and has a huge catch radius, he abused DBs last year. Seen him projected as soon as 6th and as last as 20th (mostly in the teens). Perhaps if things arent looking good at 4 we could trade back pick up some drafts and snag him around 12.

If the Pats can trade down and get him plus future draft capital I’m all aboard

Wouldn’t be happy at 4

I certainly wouldn't waste the draft capital trading up for any of those guys....if a #1 Alpha WR falls in your lap, sure take him....but there are much more important pieces to get while building team.

I would move back into the first for Golden, he’s exactly what MacDaniels needs for this offense.

Golden has drawn comparisons to Deion Branch. Great route runner and chain mover. Not a homerun threat or a WR1 though. Is he worth a 1st? Well yes because our cupboard is so bare. If we trade back from #4 for our tackle, then trade our 2nd into bottom of 1st for a WR, I could see Golden becoming a solid fit for our offense.

Just a thought.. who would you prefer??
I'd prefer that they exhaust all efforts to trade down and hopefully add picks to next year's draft. This draft class is not great especially at the top. Other than Carter and Hunter the difference between the pick at 4 and say 12 is not much. And the same could be said of pick 13-30. There's no great skill guys other than Jeanty and Tyler Warren. There's certainly no great QBs. And sadly for us there's no great LTs at least without injury concerns.

17 YPC and 9 TD’s. He’s a good downfield threat.

I stand corrected. If he's a faster Deion Branch, even better. Let's get him.

He’s faster and bigger. Most of the comps are to Stefan Diggs. The really good Stefan Diggs, not the current Stefan Diggs.

I hear you.. but the last time we took a RB in the first round in Michel.. we know how that turned out. He showed flashes here and there but wasn't anything that a first round back should have been. Those degenerative knee issues doomed his career. You could be right trading down to gather more picks may be the right approach.

31yr old WR coming off an ACL, pass
You forgot headcase, @Headcase.

Yeah i was definitely not advocating for Jeanty to the Pats.

I'll take whoever falls on day 3 that can catch/block.
