Ok there it is. Officially Official.
Yea not sure. The Patriots are a company and The Kraft Group is a holding company with multiple business interests. Why? Doesn't say she's not working for the Kraft Group anymore.
because Jerod Mayo killed a 17 year career in less than a year?why do i feel a touch bad for her.
I have Twitter back on my phone and shefter on "notify". I wanna know about coordinators.time to change the name to "Scoop102"
I'm not so sure.Yea not sure. The Patriots are a company and The Kraft Group is a holding company with multiple business interests.
While the word, "resigned" means she quit, i'm taking it as she has left The Kraft Group and off to do her own thing.
My totally made up speculation is that she did not take kindly to being told she had to step back. She's been wielding increasingly more power the last few years, especially since Bill left.Yea not sure. My belief is Robyn Glaser wanted to further her career on the football side of the house. She felt with the Kraft's support and her relationship with Mayo provided that career path in football ops.because Jerod Mayo killed a 17 year career in less than a year?
just spitballin' here...
Shes in her mid 40s. Shes been in corporate law for many years. She wanted to do something different. I get it.My totally made up speculation is that she did not take kindly to being told she had to step back. She's been wielding increasingly more power the last few years, especially since Bill left.
She got a taste of the limelight and now the shadows ain't good enough. She must have made so many millions working high up for the Krafts for so long, she can go do whatever she wants now.
i am hoping for something more salacious...My totally made up speculation is that she did not take kindly to being told she had to step back. She's been wielding increasingly more power the last few years, especially since Bill left.

Can you imagine a woman with her education background and professional expertise being told to break down film? For like $16,000 per year. I can totally see Bill doing that.My belief is Robyn Glaser wanted to further her career on the football side of the house. Now, football people believe in, "making your bones". Start from the bottom and work your way to the top. That's how Howie Roseman did it with the Iggles by fetching Andy Reid philly cheese steak subs and he didn't play a lick of football in college or HS.
I'm willing to bet way back when she approached Bill asking for opportunities in football ops and he told her to F off or he asked her to break down film for 16hrs a day.
Based on his career trajectory, I guarantee Vrabel is of the same mindset. Guessing her conversation with him did not go well.
Ok there it is. Officially Official.
She told Mayo he was getting fired is my bet.i am hoping for something more salacious...
Yup. He's not eff'n around. Is this the biggest sign that Vrabel is in charge?
Feel like I should go back and delete every time I posted that I preferred Johnson.
Ladies and gentlemen, there's a real boss in the building.

Pretty damn impressive.
There are women in the NFL who are on the football ops side who have taken that path. But yea I can't see Bill being all warm and fuzzy towards execs who don't want to grind away. Can you imagine a woman with her education background and professional expertise being told to break down film?
