It's easy, and only takes a few moments. That mod was a total nutjob who abused perceived power regularlyThere used to be a mod around here wh0 threatened to ban me cause I said Devante Parker sucked (when he was traded here) and so did the rest of our WR and that this was a 6 or 7 year problem for us already. They thought I was trolling. I meant it.
Now we're probably 10 years in to a WR problem and it's only getting worse.
We don't have any WR that is above a WR 3 and frankly I don't know if you can make the argument that any of them are even that on a legitimate competitive team.

Who we talking about here? Ashley? That mod was a total nutjob who abused perceived power regularly
I heard today that we don't have an analytics department. We also have one of the smallest football operations staff in the NFL. BB used to do all that (for better or for worse) but they never replaced him with a new team. Kraft sucks (or whoever is putting together this front office).Time for Kraft to clean house! Fire Mayo and coaching Staff. Fire Wolf and Front Office. Fire Scouting Department! BLOW IT UP! Build around Maye and Gonzo. Get a competent HC and hire an actual GM!

Not true. I've seen our analytics department. It's that kid that follows Mayo around on the sideline. He lets Mayo know what's going on in the game. Things like where the wind is coming from... sometimes. They are still working on an effective system to figure out how to throw an effective challenge flag. Seriously that responsibility will probably fall on Mayo's mentor next year while we sink into Cleveland territory.I heard today that we don't have an analytics department. Evan is the same guy BB used for analytics and in game situational stuff. He came over with Matty P and took over for Ernie. I don’t think they listen to him.Not true. This exemplifies why in spite of my deep gratitude to BB I was happy they dumped him. His scouting/valuation system is more the anachronism than he is personally, he is still a great coach in some ways but neither he nor the coaches he entrusted on offense and special teams can get away with “coaching them up” when their talent level at key positions goes below a certain threshold.
That’s why I hope The Sons are getting a bus ticket and an apple next Monday, clearly their draft performance suggests they are continuing to use the outdated system from BB and not the one the Packers for example are using to consistently cycle in much better players at the OL, WR, RB, and TE positions. No more BB retreads, make a “Godfather” offer to Veatch (the dude in KC), and let him make the decisions.

Evan Rothstein. I hope he was saying to Mayo in the fourth quarter vs the Chargers, “Time to take him (Maye) out.”Evan is the same guy BB used for analytics and in game situational stuff. He came over with Matty P and took over for Ernie. I don’t think they listen to him.
Is that what they told you?I get what you’re saying but I think they have implemented a new scouting system for this draft cycle. They couldn’t last draft cycle because the changes were made too late to be useful.

I was not involved with their "system", and it was CLEAR AS DAY that Ladd was the fkn pick, and it's been proven every single week.
So you still want Mayo, Wolfe, AVP, and Covington? This exemplifies why in spite of my deep gratitude to BB I was happy they dumped him.
