They came off a high from beating Detroit and sometimes it's hard to get up for an inferior opponent.

well, they should've watch some clips from pre-josh-allen, like 2008 when Cassel punted the ball on 3rd down, the Buffalo Bills should be trying to bury the Patriots for a decade plus. 50+ every game wouldn't suffice for the fan base lol.

I was at the wind game which blew over the uprights, they had to put ropes on the uprights. the point is if there is a motivation problem playing patriots after 2 decades of dumb ****ery by the organization and outright embarrassment cast on them by the Patriots, somebody should be fired. Granted, they sat every possible injury ridden person on the defense with 6 guys out and 3rd stringers in there.... the offense was offensive.

but how about those Jetes. the media's AFC East Champs, whooops.

Also, Bill's fans remember with disdain every new QB we got, he's the one! Every new coach, the whole ordeal. In my opinion, let me grab my tin hat quick, when the NFL has had enough of a given organization, they've had enough and the Patriots will be irrelevant for 20yrs. I don't think anybody wants to see a fan base suffer like Bills fans did if you have any compassion for sports fans... the hockey team is destitute in Buffalo. I remember "go for 4" and literally nobody including some bills fans wanted the 4th... and so the NFL banished the organization indefinitely and we nearly lost the team despite selling out the stadium. I shall now remove my tin foil hat... but hopefully i won't be so bad you start blaming curses lol.

Nah it's actually perfectly okay to not want to field a losing-ass team just for the sake of a draft pick. It literally doesn't promise **** and runs the risk of alienating players you may wanna keep and drives up the odds against you in FA. I have no idea why you're so confident that the exchange is all worth it.

Except the season is over... We're not talking April here friend. We're talking 3 games left and your team is ass, winning now is actually insulting.

This was the worst i’ve seen the Bills play since early October.

They didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. Like they were sleepwalking and just wanted to get the game over with.

Idk what that was, but it wasn’t the team i’ve watched over the last 2 months.

I guess it was good to see that they can still win after spotting a team 14 points… but the rest of it? blah.

They spent the last 2 weeks playing in a dome and got soft. Hope JAllen is ok. I still hope he sucks next Pats game, but I'll be rooting for him and the Lions come playoff time.

If Mayo says that Rham should have rant a more flat route, then they need to practice it more because Rham is consistent with his route.

Omfg... Why the f would they call that so close to their own EZ (and why would Maye even go there again) given the recent history and the frigid temps? That has to be an on purpose tank move.

Jacobs gets the blame for whiffing on the block. I guarantee you Rham's eyes was on the defender as he was going to get lit up had he caught it. Maye needs to get better at recognizing this as well.

Rham seems like he's looking right at the failed block / incoming rusher before turning his head. Any flatter and that might've been a pick 6.

I think flexing his right hand was from landing on his elbow, nerves/tingling.
I've had 1 major case of that, that almost required surgery, and a few smaller bouts from banging it.
That's what I thought of immediately.

That's fair. I'm no fan of Mayo & skeptical of Wolf. There are certainly reasons to be pessimistic. If the pats go bargain bin shopping again in FA they can expect similar results.

An optimistic view would be most superbowl contenders have 3-5 elite players. The pats could be on their way to having their cornerstone players:

Drake Maye
Christian Gonzalez
Christian Barmore*
Travis Hunter

*health permitting

I don't disagree that most of the roster is a mess. One would hope players like Douglas, Tavai, etc. would be better when they are the 15th-20th best players on the team rather than in the top 10. The middle of the roster has to come through the draft & 1 starter won't cut it.

Definitely love the idea of having hunter for sure. He gives this entire team some explosiveness. Barmore returned to prematurely.. I hope he makes a full recovery we need him.

3-12 with losses to bad teams and blowing a 14 point lead isn’t the right direction.

He lined up at the 4 and was at the 3 when he was attacked by a football.
He can’t run backwards there. I don’t see him consistently doing that.
I also don’t know if we have run this exact play before, it developed faster by design than most similar plays.

Hard to believe they drafted Drake Maye, and the kid is a star, but somehow the overall team is still WORSE than last year's abomination. It's truly disgusting to be honest

I know everyone thinks Maye is the second coming of Christ, but him only having earned 1 win as a starting QB in this era of the NFL is quite concerning. The talent in the NFL has gotten worse each year. In fact, look how many 1st round picks are getting cut flat out so quickly because they suck.

He’ll make throw here and there, but then he can’t move the offense again until the game is pretty much out of reach.

He’s got a lot to work on as a player and the Pats have to do the unthinkable and surround him with talent.
