I think the Pats were -23.5 favorites at one point vs the Eagles in 2007. Can't remember if the spread ended up there.

I don't know if I'd bet it that high. McDermott tends to call off the dogs when his team is winning a blowout and we've seen Maye get garbage time points which makes a backdoor cover.
