Yeah I know, thing is I don't know who is right. I was blaming Maye 100 percent, then it was Pop. Then I am looking at the safety coming down and wondering if he did throw it to where pop was going, does he pick it off as well?

We will never know unfortunately.
Pop had Problems with BOB's Offense too lining up wrong and running the wrong routes. This is not his first rodeo.

Sean McVay on Maye:

Good stuff. Nice to hear

This is loserville stuff...look, an opponent said something nice about Drake Maye....yeah, and mcvay and Stafford were laughing on the sidelines at the state of the Pats defense

High praise. Hopefully the patriots front office doesn’t ruin Maye by never providing him with capable Wide Receivers.

FIRE our WR scouts
Denver have a 7th Round Rookie WR who's playing better than Second Round Polk.

So west to east early games have absolutely no effect on the west coast team. Pats 0 for 2 with this supposed home field advantage.

They are both learning, i think the future is bright for both.

We should bring in higgins to go with bourne as your proven wr’s while pop/boutte/polk/baker develop. Could be a very nice wr room in a year or 2.

Eliminated from what? This team was never going to the playoffs. Most have known that from day one.
Hope sprang eternal that this team could go on a winning streak.

Look, we have a QB who is improving, some pieces on offense (and some big questions), some pieces on defense (as well as some big questions). And hopefully a blueprint for what to do in the offseason.

Higgins is an improvement, but he’s put together with duct tape. Hes no number 1 and he’s not durable. Mourne is far from a number 1 WR.

Draft King Tet, he’s Mike Evans reincarnated. Or we can hope “Bob the” Baker, “JAG” Boutte, and LMAO Polk improve immensely.

I think you have to pick your poison bc you only have Maye for 3 more years - Kraft May be too ****ing cheap to pick up Mayes 5th year and extend him...so I say all the rules favor the offense so what's your quickest way to 9 wins and playoff contention in the next 3 years? Offense, because you have the QB. I know the defense ****ing sucks, but the experts here have been saying they're elite. All assets and capital should be spent on wide receiver and offensive line.

Definitely have my eye on tet or hunter in the first.

Bourne is no #1 but a very good complimentary piece and hes made some plays downfield too. I think hes underrated here, pop is already a good secondary option as well. Boutte getting close to it and still improving. we are just missing that #1 go to.

I don’t want to fire AVP. I want consistency for Maye. People here where screaming here that changing OC every year can screw a rookie QB and now we want to do the same thing with Maye??

Is AVP the best OC? No but I see improvement from the beginning of the season. I think he is doing a good job developing him. They will be fine with better players even with AVP.

Keep AVP and at some point in the next 2-3 years Drake will outgrow the system and then you make a change. Pretty much like Baltimore did with Roman and Montken.

Maye needs consistency going in year 2.
What if a new HC wants to bring his own OC? I don't hate on AVP like most, but if Ben Johnson wants to bring his own guy I'll go clean AVP's office myself.

Since Maye was named starter the offense averages 20 PPG, with Brisset it was 15.5.

And changing coordinator between year 1 and year 2 would do a disservice to Maye.

The team needs to put playmakers on offense way before changing coordinator. If you can bring talent next year and the offense is still stagnant then yeah you change coordinator.

Mayo isn’t getting fired after year 1 so you have no shot at Ben Johnson.
Changing from a bad coordinator to a good one is better for a qb than bringing back a bad one.

We know who the Franchise is but You'll see for yourself. A Potentially Great QB can't perform up to his potential with a ****ty OC. Drake is the only player who's putting Fannies in those seats. I expect the Krafts to cater to him 100%.
We have a ****ty HC and DC too!
