I started thinking how many times have the Rams visited the Patriots, I know all the years I’ve been going to games it hasn’t been many. I did a search and this will be the 8th time the Rams have played here.

Home underdogs are always a solid bet against a Monday Night winner. Just sayin’

Big test for our defense, we’ll get a better idea if theyve truly turned a corner. Obviously not going to duplicate what happened in Chicago, but if they can hold this offense to 20 pts and give the offense a fair chance it will be another positive.

So in pretend world we win this game. I’m not suggesting we make the playoffs because we aren’t. Just asking. If we win this one are we back in the running for the 7th seed? Or no?

Sixth. Pats were 'home' team in the two Super Bowls. We're 3-3 in Foxborough.

This will be a much tougher game for the Pats to win if the Dolphins win tonight. Rams would be looking to get back on track.

Stafford seems like he's been playing in the NFL forever. Considering all the Tough years he had in Detroit he's really a very good QB and only 36.

If denver loses and we win we are one game out of the 7 seed

Stafford seems to slip under the net when talking about QB's this season. He might be getting on, but he is still a very good one.

we weren't helped by the rams laying an egg last night... can't count on the "trap game" to help pull this one thru

Well we should take care of business at home. Surprised the Rams lost at home to Miami who have not not mailed it in...gotta admit they are a different Team with Tua.

the Rams are a much better team than the Bears... They certainly are better coached... I'm not expecting an encore performance of Punt-a-palooza '24

As long as Maye is upright we have a chance.

14 years until Maye is 36!
On average QB's still are done at 38, outside of Brady, Brees played well at 40, though missed games and physically was breaking down.
It'll be interesting to see if more QB's can at least play well at 40 but 38 seems to be the limit for most. Stafford has taken a small step back this year but was elite last year so still very good this year.

They also peak at 31 on average, so 9 years until Maye's peak. 16 years until he's over the hill.

The future is bright!

Maye looks like he was the right call.

But, we really need to wait until year # 2 to have a better sense if he really is the guy.

I was thinking about that and really hope Maye's trajectory is like Stafford *Longevity wise*. I heard Stroud said in an interview his Favorite NFL QB is Matthew Stafford.

Right now Maye is doing it with above Average Talent at WR: imagine if he has a legitimate #2 WR. I love his prospects based on the sample size.
