Today was a great day. Panthers won, we lost AND we found out that Maye can be that guy to drive to tie it up late in the game.

Long term today will benefit us in ways that winning never could. The titans were ****ing awful and truly felt like they were throwing it.

They won't win another game this year.

It was a close game. A learning experience for Maye. He certainly showed a lot by tying the ball game in the first place. We call it a moral victory and move on. I hope the coaches grill him about sliding more though. He definitely took some big hits he didn't need to.

Otherwise HE performed pretty well all considered. Drake Maye took it to overtime. He just needs time to develop but certainly showed us a lot of his tools today.

We all know the Patriots lack weapons but there's an alarming pattern developing where Patriots give up about 175 yards a game on the ground and outside of the Maye rushing struggle to break 30 yards and 2 yards a carry and this has been going on for about a month.

15 yards of non Maye offense today, that is putrid, we've got a rookie playing like he's Cam Newton at Auburn where he's the entire offense how's that going to work?

No one shoukd care that this game was a loss. Maye is learning with each game and improving.

Some people are getting on Gonzo's case but the real culprit is we don't have a free safety, yet we're still playing zone.

In OT, Jaylinn Hawkins blew both catches by Ridley.

He was standing right where Ridley caught the ball, Gonzo had outside contain, and Hawkins vacated his spot to run after Jackson on the boundary.

That wasn't Hawkins's responsibility.

We are very weak at free safety, he was a poor FA signing, and we have no one on the team who can play the position.

We haven't really had a guy there for 3 years since old McCourty was a shell of himself.

I am unreasonably upset with that last play call. Last year I was yearning for losses. I wanted them, expected them...the team for its future needed them.

I wanted Maye to shove it down every haters throats and he made a mistake that shouldn't happen and the ball wasn't thrown great either. Then again, way to much is on his shoulders right now and the fact he keeps going, and going like the Energizer bunny is remarkable.

Learn from it Maye, and I trust you will. Great things are ahead of you.

Run D was horrible and pass D gave up too many 3rd and longs.

Maye showed determination and grit but he needs to learn from this. Throw the ball away and nothing kills like interceptions.

Rest of O other than Henry was not good. Also, cut the entire OL.

Team played their SB last week against the Jets and trying to rally after being insulted by their coach. The run D was generally atrocious, showing last week was the outlier and not Jacksonville. We need a fattie to support Godchaux and an all-around LB.

Maye really has to cut that turnover rate down but I'm confident he can be the guy if he has an actual decent team around him. Which isn't this team.

Seems the OL was surprised by the sudden decision for the refs to stop calling holding. They were being mauled. But you have to expect that in OT. Hold tehm right back.
