Same here. Brissett is good locker room veteran presence for Drake but I wasn't looking forward to another 90 yards passing in the molasses offense with him.

I just really enjoy watching Drake grow each game. He energizes the entire team.. he's a young leader and I'd love for him to get his first win as a starter.

Yes, the hit he took was 100% the fault of the Jets player as Drake had already slid and was down. I hope AVP let's Drake be himself and continue to make plays with his athletic ability. He's everything what a good NFL QB is in 2024.

The Maye and Rudolph families are close as the fathers played college football together. I’m sure they’ll mention that during the game. Poor Drake is just an afterthought in this article since he’s so much younger, though.
