I think Flores got a bad deal in Miami. He's clearly a competent and good leader. Not saying he's fault free in all of that, but clearly that org can't pull it together when it matters. I'd love to see him back.

on a bright note, Kraft has no one else to hide his decisions behind going forward, so he will feel like he must suppor tthe team as much as possible, where with BB he could always scapegoat (which he has and is doing)
