This isn't MLB.
We don't need to trade young guys, or anyone who shows the tiniest bit of character and loyalty who can be bridge guys to build a new culture.
Also, we're way under the cap, and won't get anything in return for the ragtag guys we have. So there's no point.
Also, why not try to win and turn the tide now? Mayo and Maye are not looking to tank, or bide time for next year, they have to win.
So does the owner, so do the fans!

No one is trading for Peppers and his legal problems. Only tradeable player in that group might be Bourne.

Actually Jon Jones is the most tradeable player out of that group, but I wouldn’t trade him for anything less than a 3rd. Otherwise it’s not worth it. Thornton is going to end up getting released. Other than that they can’t make anything worse than it already is for Maye by trading OL or WR’s.

I think your right on those players. However peppers I think will be here. He's on the commissioners list until his legal situation gets resolved. Sow I think will be here. Everyone else yeah will likely retire or be released.

And yeah, they wasted a 2nd round pick on Polk when they already had five other Polk's already in Osborn, Bourne, Baker, Boutte and Juju... who just had 7 catches for 130 yards a couple days ago. Apparently he can still play...

But we could use a tackle right about now, and Thornton would help Maye out a lot more than another redundant possession receiver.

@PatsFan2 would be happy to hear you speak on Tyquan wozzy! I'm curious to see him with Drake. I think even though he's a trade possibility I think if he shows something with Drake on the outside that could make KB or someone else expendable. Juju for some reason just couldn't seem to play in NE.

FYI Wozzy: Polk carried a Second Round Grade he hasn't played with Real QB yet which hopefully Maye is. Polk have been open many times but Jacoby Brickkett can't hit the broad side of a barn. Be careful of your words Polk got talent. Please tell me which Offensive Tackle taken in the Second Round in 24 have already punched their ticket to Canton??

That changes the whole picture. NE WRs begin producing because the ball is getting out quickly and the NE offense is taking shots downfield. Moreover, the NE OL is looking better as well because the new QB is faster going through reads.

It likely wont happen, but Maye could shock the NFL with a win because he played extremely well.

Pok looks like Bourne, good player… not some game changer. We had a bunch of those guys exiting camp.

Juju I suspect wanted out and had a bunch of young athletic guys nipping at his heels. I think he wanted to go back to KC knowing they needed help.

Look at the teams we played this season.. they are all mediocre now.. with better QB play we win those games.. Seattle came back to earth, the 9ers are middling this season, Bengals are 1-4, Jets just fired thier HC. Better QB play we win those games we lost IMO.
