Put TT on a team with a QB and a competent OC and WR coaching and the results could be job-destroying for Wolfie. He'd better be certain before making this move. It's nuts that they would want to trade someone they haven't properly assessed because the QB is so bad.
He has been open several times and he doesn't get the ball. Underthrown deep balls, throwing into double coverage. Put him with Mahomes and watch out.Where are the Tyquan Truthers now? The guy has never been able to create separation because he never had to learn how to get open in college. And now in the pros, where just about every team has a guy with speed, he can't get open. This isn't rocket science.
A team doesn't have six WR involved in the Offense. Five is plenty. This is bad news for Baker, now solidly the #6 WR.I really hope this means AVP is going to get baker more involved.
It's bad enough to have 6 WR's on a running team. You want to keep 7.It's nuts that they would want to trade someone they haven't properly assessed because the QB is so bad.
I don't think that the team is ready to waive Osbourn or to carry 7 WR's for more than a couple of days. Maye has thrown to Thornton in practice for months. Thornton has had some game time, so the team has been able to evaluate his ability to get off the ball, to separate and to run routes.Seems like a waste to cut or trade him before letting him play with any QB in his career who can actually throw deep accurately.
The Rest of the League:
He can’t even run a post route correctly. He is useless to this teamSeems like a waste to cut or trade him before letting him play with any QB in his career who can actually throw deep accurately.
The 2023 draft was better than Wolf's 2024 draft, and Wolf had the advantage of having the #3 pick in each round. But Wolfe gets a pass. His draft was head and shoulders better than what we’ve seen for a long time.
Can’t wait to see the “highlight” reel!He has been open several times and he doesn't get the ball. Underthrown deep balls, throwing into double coverage. Put him with Mahomes and watch out.
Think it’s too early to make that assessment. But if Maye is a top 5ish franchise QB for several years for the Patriots…then 2024 beats out 2023.The 2023 draft was better than Wolf's 2024 draft, and Wolf had the advantage of having the #3 pick in each round.
