If NONE of the those limited or out of these practice plays, then we need to elevate Hudson to have 5 healthy OL's.
LT Jacobs
LG Sow
C Hudson (elevated from PS)
RG Thomas
RT Onwenu

with ZERO backups. (2 were out, 4 were limited)
I suppose Strange might play.
Words I never thought I'd say but we need Leverett to play.

The memories are a bit foggy these days. What I remember most from the beginning was that when I saw Jim Brown run I became a Browns fan. I think @DarrylS also went that same route until the Pats were born.
My dad was not a sports fan, but my best friends father used to watch football with us... so I became a Cleveland fan because of his interest.
I remained a Browns fan until '69 when I realized the upstart AFL was the real deal and the Pats were part of our NE sports fabric. Have never changed and never will.

If the Pats don’t win this game, it’ll be a sign the franchise is in full Jets meltdown mode.

OC AVP will know he’s dead man walking.

Kraft may realize he erred in hiring Mayo as HC with such a thin coaching résumé.

The calls to start Boywonder at quarterback will only grow. And lots of people saying we shoulda hired Mike Vrabel.

Other than Gonzo and Peppers our Defense is not very good I expect Hunley to look like a world beater he's not facing the steel curtain. Also our Offense well what Offense I think losing this game will be good for this Team in the long run it gets us to Maye.

I think Mayo is safe I think our Problem is more AVP who refuses to adjust his scheme to help weak players. How are you leaving your below average LT on a Island is beyond me. That alone makes me think he's clueless.

The way things are going, I am not sure when we will see Maye. Putting him in after the team has given up and fielding a lineup of backups and castoffs would be worse that starting him game 1. The way things are trending, the new front office mantra should be "better a game too late than a game too early".

Might Strange be the first O-lineman in league history to play with a walker?

For a number of years, I was both a Pats and a Packers fan. Ray Nitschke was my favorite player.

I get an "ugh" for my little joke? Jeepers, if I may use such strong language without getting another ugh.
Thanks, Pr8ryts. I am scheduled for dual root canals today, so I guess I'm feeling a little fragile.

If I were a Miami player like rookie rush end Chop Robinson, I’d be licking my chops after watching video of the Pats OL vs. 49ers.

IF Maye had to start AVP will have to adjust his scheme accordingly like helping the Protections. IF Maye Starts and AVP makes no adjustment like he's now doing with Brissett I say his NFL days of being a OC are numbered. That said I think if Maye gets his chance and we make the right adjustments his processing speed shouldn't be as slow as Brissett. Yes we suck on Offense but aside from a few Teams nobody has it rosey along the OL you have to play the hand you're dealt. My point the OL should not be the reason why we are not playing Maye he's already better than Brissett.

Or vs Seattle and the Jets we are not a mystery anymore.

Something I haven't seen mentioned yet, but another way to view the Andrews injury - one of the big hurdles for Maye starting is lack of reps with David Andrews, and they were giving him 30% of the starting reps to try to narrow that gap. Who was the guy he was repping with the rest of the time? Nick Leverett. Well, now David Andrews is done for the year. Who is the new starting center? Nick Leverett, the guy he's spent the majority of his time repping with.

Obviously you would prefer the better player playing, but it could potentially make starting Maye slightly easier if he'd now be playing with the center that he's spent a lot more time with... Food for thought. IMO, Leverett didn't look bad last week - no snapping issues like in preseason.

The same Chop Robinson who has been taking the NFL by storm with his 4 total tackles (2 solo), one TFL, no sacks and no QB hits through his first 4 games? Here he is showing his elite pass rushing skills. Jk….he’s getting manhandled in the Tenn game.

we win this because we can run the football on them i think. their defense isn't great and our defense can take care of their wr with Huntley at qb

And yet you think that if we don't win the OC and HC should be fired?

As would be expected, this game is televised only in New England and south Florida.

Fox Single Game

?Cleveland @ Washington - Jason Benetti, Greg Olsen
?Carolina @ Chicago- Kenny Albert, Jonathan Vilma
?Miami @ New England - Chris Myers, Mark Sanchez

?Arizona @ San Francisco (LATE) - Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady
?Las Vegas @ Denver (LATE) - Kevin Kugler, Daryl Johnston

Odd that they are televising the Arizona-49ers game in Tampa; they usually broadcast a Miami game there if possible. I guess Fox thinks Buc fans will want to tune in to hear Brady?
I bought the youtube deal…but am questioning that decision.

Don't see Osborne finishing the season with the team, barring injuries. If everyone is healthy at the same time, he's gone. He'll either fetch a 7th or get released.
I’m not convinced Thornton isn’t the odd man out. At least KJ can block. Thornton does nothing in this offense…actually any offense so far. Might have better luck elsewhere
