He might be one of those guys who someone needs to sit him down and tell him when it's time to hang them up.This sucks. If he is done for the year, I don't expect him to ever play again. Rumors of him retiring have been floated for the last two years. My guess is he probably won't want to try to make a comeback at age 33.

Sadly this makes me think of James White walking off the field in 2021 or Edelman in 2020 going down early to mid year and that being the last we saw of them in uniform.Don't think he'll play for the Patriots again, 33 coming off of an injury and a major rebuild needed on the OL.
I am hoping so but I doubt it. Rehabbing for months after shoulder surgery coming back at 33 to a rebuilding team. Andrews has seen the top of the mountain and may not sign up for another climb with a bad shoulder and new unproven sherpa.I think it may be the opposite. If he had been rumored to be considering retirement in the past, he might have had to be talked into returning for another season. But who knows?
Wonder how long this delays Maye. Losing a team leader and guy who calls out the protections is vital to a young QB. Hopefully all the 2nd team reps with Levrett has allowed them to build some chemistry.
I remember when they were all Resigned you were the First to criticize the moves spot on.Wolf’s first off-season has been a disaster.
Overpays Onwenu and forced to play out of position.
Overpays Dugger. Injured.
Prematurely pays Barmore. He’s dealing with a health issue.
Prematurely pays Rham. He fumbles every game and his numbers are declining since week 1.
Extends Andrews and now he’s out.
He’s created a great blueprint on how to get fired quickly.
I hope Mayo elevates Harris and Bench Rham what a disappointment.Wolf’s first off-season has been a disaster.

LT = Rookie LG = Sow C = Strange RG = Onwenu RT = Wallace. The pats need to sign two starting caliber OL & draft a LT in the top 10 next offseason.
LT ?
LG Sow/Strange
C ?
RG Onwenu
RT ?
I think the only guy making plays should be playing even if he made a few bad ones.I hope Mayo elevates Harris and Bench Rham what a disappointment.

???There were about 5 or 6 Centers worth drafting last April. They chose not to. Also, when did back up Jake Andrews go down? Like otas or something? I mean, David Andrews has been the epitome, no, the poster child of a healthy football player. Who might of just thought, maybe, just maybe this should of been addressed earlier?
Over 6 months in and this new management has been a disaster.
