With Andrews most likely retiring (my guess based upon current reports), this year is basically finished. So no reason to spend the draft capital to bring Adams in which won't change jack ****.

II think Adams wants to go to a good team. He might be willing to go to the Jets or Saints to play with Rodgers or Carr, but I think otherwise he wants to go to a team that has a realistic shot of at least going to the playoffs if not actually compete for a Super Bowl.

The premium WR young enough will never be available unless you draft them

Agreed. Address the OL first (LT and C, and possibly RT if Wallace isn't the answer), then draft WR's (RB is a need too). Many fine WR's have been taken in and after the 2nd Round (we whiffed on those in two straight drafts under Bill). If this is a 3 to 4 Year rebuild and we're in Year 1, we'll also need to address the defense sometime in the next few drafts. Basically, we have a lot of needs all over the roster (but hopefully not at QB).

I am not advocating for trading 3 first round pick for him but having Adams for 2 years would definitely help Maye develop and remove some stress to have to nail every WR pick.
