OT: Cuts that might interest the Pats

Here's an example of someone who did just that. I think in some cases it comes down to "Better the devil you know."
Yeah, I'm not saying it doesn't happen, Also QB's are different than say an offensive tackle where the Patriots have a real need and there's a job available. Ben Dinucci knows the Saints have Carr and there's a better possibility to play trying to beat out a rookie. He also probably wants to learn under Sean Payton.

Cracks me up thinking about how much of the 2nd dynasty was filled with players that the Browns - the 0-16 era Browns - cast off or gave away.

Without even looking anything up, off the top of my head, Jason McCourty, Danny Shelton, Barkevius Mingo, Jamie Collins the 2nd time. I know there are more. None of these guys were world beaters, but they all filled their roles well with New England after the Browns didn’t know how to use them.
Yep.

Teams can have plenty of decent players but lose a disproportionate amount of games when QB play is so bad it torpedoes the whole operation. Throw in discord and different "camps" in the FO/Coaching ranks, and suddenly a team good enough to win 9 games ends up an inch from drafting first overall.

Sound familiar yet?

Ayers should have been re upped was a great player for us. KVN absolutely. Played some great ball here.
Along with Thuney and Karras…if we had these two, our situation would be so much different.

Thuney chose to walk away. Karras was brought back once. I honestly like Robinson better.

IF/WHEN Sidy Sow can return and when Strange can return, the Pats will have a good problem in terms of the interior line.

So long as no one else goes down with anything major, I agree.
