His name is Kendrick Bourne if you forgot… he isn’t “a” number 1, but he’s their top guy.

I know the Bengals improved with some adjustments in the 3rd quarter, but then the Pats also tightened up too in crunch time.
Yeah, he's the tallest little person. Great.

Yeah, menu's a bit thin now
I noticed that they continue to list Zach Thomas as a tackle everywhere even though he was a guard for the Rams. Makes me think they’re making him a tackle again. They also have Demontrey Jacobs who they claimed, Caeden Wallace, and the guy Caleb Jones that they put on the practice squad last week. So I think they know they need to make a change and are throwing a lot of dart throws out there waiting to see what works.

What? I'm a huge Belichick fan. I'm ecstatic.

Unlike some here, I've NEVER rooted against the Patriots, even last year when it came to draft position.
I did last year so we could get the best draft pick possible. There was no other reason to cheer for a victory the way they were playing and Mac Jones had robbed me of any joy I took in watching football. I don't think I've ever wanted a guy off of the team so much.

This game was the antithesis of the last three years. Fun to watch, looked like a team that cared, standout performances, solid coaching, good decisions.

Yep me too. Those who wanted wins, wanted mediocrity especially with a guy like Maye out there for the possible taking. This year, unless they are 1-14 then they need to win as best they can to find out what they really have.

I think Wallace becomes starter at some point this season

what was the gripe from hendrickson on bengals D, anyone remember? he kept yapping about something.

Great defensive win but you don't wanna overreact that was classic Bungles week 1 who threw up all over themselves but we never apologize for a win, i'm excited to see if they can repeat it going forward starting next week.
Agreed. I'll be in Scotland two games from now, where does one go to watch the Patriots play?

99% of this board and all the pundits who don't like Belichick all said last year that the team didn't quit and that they continued to play hard. They cared. They cared a lot. They were playing with the worst QB in football, which is of little help.

I've never rooted against the Pats. I loved their wins against Denver and Pitt.

I use ourlads for depth charts. They have Thomas listed as a RG

Yes, we have some decisions to be made, likely in the next month, as we have expected. Personally, I would keep Jordan on the 53 NOW. Although unlikely, we don't want him being picked up by another team, after he demonstrated that he can play,
==================
OK. The norm is 3 OT's and 6 IOL's. I think that we have decided to carry 4 OT's for awhile, 2 starters and a backup for each side. We have the 10 OL roster spots on the OL. We have an extra OT.

With regard to IOL's, we have only 5 including Leverett who should be cut. So, if all works out, Jordan and Hudson should be added to the 53.

COMPETING FOR FOUR SPOTS
Onwenu, Wallace, Lowe, Okorafor, Jacobs

COMPETING FOR SIX SPOTS
Sow, Andrews, Robinson
Leverett, Thomas, (Jordan), (Hudson)

Yes, Thomas has been playing RG. He is only an emergency OT, which is a plus for him. We only have Thomas and Leverett as a backup IOL's. Jordan is on the Practice Squad and should be added. In addition, at some point, we should replace Leverett with an actual centnr (Hudson?).

We have an interesting issue at WR. It is difficult to judge who will be better playing with Maye. It would be a shame to cut or trade one before Drake is playing QB.
