High school offense aside, they looked like a competent NFL operation - no delay of games, seemed like very little confusion w guys running off/on late. Kudos to Mayo, Van Pelt, and Covington. It's only one game but perhaps they may know what they're doing

Maye is not ready. Everything I saw in the preseason suggests that he needs time in the oven. The eye is there, the instincts are there, but he's tentative on his throws and doing a lot of soft tossing. Brissett isn't terribly accurate but at least he can step into his throws, Maye in the preseason really didn't show that.

I get your point BUT, thing is, Maye doesn’t HAVE to step into a throw to get it there.

THAT is the difference. Arm talent matters.

But…Mayo has earned the right to decide when Maye plays

Not sure why?????

A BB disciple just coached the team to a win.

A BB disciple just ran the defense to almost shut out a preseason SB contender.

A BB draft pick QB led the offense to low respectable finish.

The game plan used was classic BB.

BUT ALL THAT SAID; Can we just let it go (all the TB and BB comparison crap & hate).

-Let’s just enjoy the new Pats and for 6 days revel in …“tied for first place in the division „

As far as I could tell, yes - they had sufficient separation. Brissett is just not accurate and slow on his reads

They looked like a boring team running reps and playing safe. It worked for them helped by the fact Cincy couldnt get out of their own way.

They looked a lot like last year with the dull superstar absent roster trying totally out a win.

My fear is face a team that can stop the run and with Brissett at QB this offense will have no juice.

He was phenomenal today, moving all over the line, making the line calls, good in run and pass - made up for a really rough performance from Wise and Eukaele.

Haven't seen one yet but is MHJ a bust already? Murray barely looked at him. I thought he was the greatest WR talent ever (and I foolishly drafted him in FF).

I thought his route running looked fluid and he got a first down. Definitely progress .. looked better than Osborne ..
