I had pseudo looked that up. If it's a team that drafted a QB in the single digits who would end up winning the SB for them, then it's only the Giants and Colts (basically the Mannings' original teams).

There were at least 6 games last year that if we had qb play at the level of the 31st best in the league we win.
That doesn’t mean it was a SB contender. Didn’t mean it was “stacked”. It means it was a competing team held back by horrific QB play.
Average QB play may not have risen it above that level. But if you analyze the games what I said is 100% accurate. And you clearly agree because in order to respond you are forced to embellish what I said and pretend I said something else. If you have to misquote me severely in order to have an argument, you admit you don’t have one.

As I said I have no interest in the type of posts you like to make so for the good of the board, I will just out you in ignore.

It's a risk. Contract year, age 32 coming off a serious injury. A team offered a 3rd rounder. I don't blame the team for taking the third instead of that risk tbh.

The Pats have the most cap space in the NFL the next few seasons. They could have paid Judon and signed whoever else they wanted the next few seasons.

The Falcons had 3mil in cap space this year and 5 mil in space next year. The pats before this move had 44mil in cap space and 77 mil space next year.

No one believes they won because if the QB.

Still those aren’t many examples and we are going back 20+ years and Peyton took 8 years before wining one so it’s hard to say a great plan is to suck draft high then you win a SB.

Last season? No they weren't a competing team. The problems on offense go without saying. Defense can't hang with good offenses. The last time they did was Super Bowl 53. Poorly coached.

Fans really are fanatical. Bless your heart.

Happy for you that you can find joy in rooting for a bottom feeder, but after 50 years following this team, my life is too short to find pleasure in such masochism.

See you on the other side of this catastrophe, hopefully.

There is no joy in rooting for a bottom team, But there is no joy in rooting for a 6-8 win team either unless the team is on an upward trajectory. this team needs another 1/2 dozen plus type starters in the next two years for the following 4 years.

We don’t want to spend our cap money because we aren’t good, and unlike every bad team ever players won’t take it. If they do we have to overpay. Why would we overpay because we aren’t good.
We should send 75% of a team out there because we aren’t good.
We haven’t sit the rookie qb because he has no experience and you can’t suffer through him gaining it because we aren’t good.

BUT NEXT YEAR
We can play the Qb with no experience, because it’s next year.
We can sign free agents because we aren’t good, BUT ITS NEXT YEAR.

Everything we aren’t doing this year because it’s really smart is the ting we will do next year because……..sorry I made myself dizzy

That is only your opinion. Once Zappe stepped in they didn't get better they got worse. So the 6 game improvement didn't and couldn't happen.
