Well the Lions have that kicker over in Jake Bates so for now, he could be winning the job. Kicking FG's, extra points, and kickoffs. Bates is from the UFL BTW!

Lions HC is like kicker who needs a kicker?? We're going on Fourth Down anyway.

I normally would agree with going for it if the distance was short and/or situation in the game. But the Lions just putting 3 on the board made it a 3 score game (27-10) instead of leaving at two (24-10) and giving life back to the 49ers. I think the 9ers would felt like the game was getting out or reach had a field goal been made. Then they do it again late in the game.

Easily fixed. Kickers are cheap. But the Lions third string left tackle, Giovanni Manu, is going to be better than Okorafor.

Dan Skipper, their LT2 that BB easily could have acquired several years ago off the practice squad, is possibly better than Okorafor at LT.

Belichick was a disaster for the OL since Cole Popovich was forced out in 2020 and Carmen Bricillo followed McDaniels to the Raiders in 2021. Popovich is tge better of the two coaches even though he’s merely an assistant with the Texans.

A disaster that will take a couple of years to fix. And not enough criticism is directed Belichick’s way for this.

Tackles that can stick are tough to find. Anybody see our LT?
